And if you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset your password. • At first login, you will be asked to authorize your mobile device to access the app. If this is your preferred device, please select 'Yes' and choose if you would like to create a 4-digit PIN for your banking transactions. • If you choose to create a 4-digit PIN, you will be required to agree with the Terms of Use. • A 6-digit secure code will be sent to your registered email address to verify your device. If you do not receive this message please generate a code from your hardware token or dial *737*7# from your registered phone number to obtain a one-time verification code. You can also call GTConnect on 08039003900 or 08029002900 for the verification code. • Enter this code in the app and your mobile phone will be successfully verified against your account profile. To begin:
• Install the application on your phone.
• Access the application and enter your user name and password (Internet Banking identifiers). If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot your password?" On the login page to reset your password.
• When logging in for the first time, you will be asked to verify your device. If this is your preferred device, select "Yes" and choose a method for committing transactions.
• A secure code will be sent by SMS to your registered phone number when the account is opened to verify your device.
• Enter this code in the application and your mobile phone will be successfully linked to your profile. Now you can start using the app. This operation is only required when using a device for the first time

Very very disappointing. I transferred money to someone using the gtworld app over a week now, the person is yet to receive it and there was no reversal of the said transaction to my account. I have written a mail to them severally since 4 days now and no response at all. Even on Facebook they don't reply messages. Very poor customer service.

I am very dissatisfied with this new update on your mobile app. Now some menus are not working and bcos of this development, I am been charged higher fees for common N1,000 and above transaction. Please restore the business portion of the Mobile App, so we all can benefit from mobile banking system.

My frustration is being debited for airtime or data subscription and not being credited on the mobile number. This happened again today. Why? Yet no refund for these all this error. All we get is apologies for this or that and blah blah blah. It is really annoying. Gtb used to be better. I wonder what happening!!! I palpitate each time I have to use the app. One isn't sure anymore

I wanted to register a new device on my account, I was told to add the last 6 digits of my atm card but the app only allows me to input 4 digits. Kindly look into it. I don't know why you guys are getting it wrong with the mobile app this time or is it because you want us to be using USSD so the bank can be making money at my own expense? Please look into it. Try and listen to your customers.

I can't use the app. It's not allowing me login, I am being sent money but no alerts or emails to confirm and this started 4 days ago after I sent in a compliant through your website and via email, that I can't make transfer or use my card. It's like because I complained then I can't use the app again. I don't understand GTB, since I opened an account with you guys in June 2021, it's been one issue or the other. I'm tired... It's even more stressful at your banks, the crowd is so much!!!

Cannot generate card statement in the card section via this app. But the bank claims it's there. Updated it severally and it never shows card statement option. Been on this for about a month, can something be done please! 🤦🏻🤦🏻😫😫

Just to authorize a new device it's now a problem. I tried doing it. You guys sent me a code as sms, I used it popup an error, tried same code for the second time. Whoops your account is blocked. Account that was not block before now blocked by your own code. Now am in your bank Area 11, opposite Sahad Stores Abuja. Customer care working on it for the past two hours. Saying they are waiting for Approval. Look at how people are just standing and waiting. Haba GT Bank. Your bank was dear to me.

How gtb and this application had degenerated to this sorry state beat me. A bank once a pride of it's customers and envy of other banks is definitely having serious challenges. Everything about the app is not ok. You don't receive transaction alerts, so called airtime credits not working & others. I've been trying to migrate to another device now since over a week without success. All my other banks' apps are done with except gtb's even though I received OTP to enable the new phone. So terrible.

The app is wack, i tried signing up, with my debit card i was sent an otp, i entered it as the app directed me to, but my greatest fear is that after submitting the whole thing, the reply i got was that your account has been blocked, with your own otp, i love the GT bank, more than all this, please you guys should work on your app and make it more user friendly

Wow! It's really awesome. I use many Mobile Banking Apps and this one is the best. I would like to add a suggestion of adding a feature that would enable user hide balance. It's with many other banks' Apps; why not GTBank please?
