I LOVE this app! I use it every day. I purchased the Premium Features years ago. This month my cell phone died and I had to re-download the app. When I did the Premium Features disappeared. I can't seam to get them back. I emailed their team and got no response. In the app things will say that the Premium Features are needed for certain things but there is not way to purchase the Premium Features. I did some research and this purchase is no longer on my purchase history so I couldn't even report that there was an issue.

I used this app for years and loved it so much I bought the premium key. After buying a new phone the premium key no longer works and I am constantly getting pop up ads which is extremely infuriating. I tried contacting the developer and got no response. Seems like this has happened to a lot of other people on the developers don't seem to care enough to fix it or even respond to their users. Uninstalled until the premium key problem is fixed (if it ever is)

Like so many others, I used this app for years, I had to get a new phone, and bam! Premium features gone. No longer in purchase history, creator missing, no way to reatore them, and popups everywhere. This app has saved my butt countless times over the years but... no more, I guess.

As other reviews say, the key to gtask no longer works after changing phone and the ads are back. But I think this app has actually been replaced with another version called Google tasks which is really similar, free and so far I've noticed no ads. Seems fine to me so have started using that instead.

Evidently the developer changed this app, as I found out after buying a new phone. I had previously purchased the "key" to allow custom dates, buy it didn't transfer to the new phone and is no longer available. Very frustrating to find an excellent reminder app with alarms that can be snoozed no longer works!

So much for supporting good developers - I'm unable to access all of the most useful features of this app, after switching to a new device. Zero response from the company (and obviously no appreciation for customers who invested in them early on). Do better. 👎

10.11.21: Is there anyone from the Gtask team that can answer the questions or respond to what the hell's going on with this app? I am very close to deleting this app since there's been no help from anyone from the developer! Thank God I didn't pay for the premium because, as many folks on here have stated, I got a new phone and my tasks synced over but all of my notifications are gone!

I have used this app for years and loved it. However, now that I've switched to a new phone, the premium features I paid for no longer work. I hope they resolve this soon! The app was fantastic and I loved being able to set custom recurring due dates.

I paid for this app but now the key app which unlocks the pro version is gone. They abandoned the app in favor of Tick Tick, which they developed later and offer for monthly subscription. I wonder how Google treats such stealing.

Loved this app then upgraded phone and lost paid features. They also removed the GTasks Key app needed to access premium features and are pushing TicTik instead with its monthly fees. Switching to Google Tasks which does the same thing for free.
