Worse than older version, not user friendly, lost all records & rewards, unable to synchronize with existing account, need to do reregistration again... Member rewards unavailable since 1st Jan 2020, untill now still in the mist of upgrading membership rewards program, still ask member to stay tune...??? Is GSC going to do any improvement or upgrade on your apps? Seems like do nothing... Better use TGV apps than GSC apps... GCS, do u care? Are u aware? Your compatitor doing much better!

GSC HELLO CANNOT!(USE YOUR APP). Your app interface is like "nice to see nice to hold, once broken consider sold". People will physical distancing themselves from your cinemas. And dont tell people to clean cache clean data, we even use disinfectant to clean our phone. Or you want us to clean(delete) your app from our phone? P.s : We missed the old you, even when we be your guest(mode), you still entertain us without asking too much.

Hello GSC, when will you update your apps? Last update was few month ago. Now I need to clear cache evrerytime I wanna purchase ticket. Very annoying because the seat already locked when I go back to resume my purchase. Ugh! Fix it please?

My earlier review was missing, thus this repeat posting. The earlier version of the app was simple in it's GUI and worked fine. Unfortunately the current version is just looks at the expense of functionality. First, I had to re-register and lost all my previous booking history. The performance is slower and less intuitive as well. Unable to exit the app via the "back" function. Please bring back the previous look and feel.

Try to view the trailer from the apps but the screen just froze.. Please fix this otherwise no nees to put it there..

Not sure why, the next button to payment in profile setting just won't work (mean I can't go to the next page when I'm supposed to be). A cinema that have been favorite before is gone and have to favorite it again. If you said there is a setting for user to skip it, I can say it is either this is a bad UI design because as a user I don't see anything. Or the app is just bad.

App keeps refreshing after I have keyed in my contact details, wouldn't allow me to go to pick seat page after I click on next. Really sucks like hell, this has been happening for weeks. I can't even use the app for ticket purchase now. Have to go to their website to do so. What's the point of having an app but I still need to go to website to purchase tickets???

While booking tickets after I enter the card details, it never goes to the OTP page to key in the OTP . When I write to the customer care, they instruct me to activate online banking on my card as if I'm a child who is booking tickets for the first time. Again when I patiently explain them my long history of tickets booked with the same app they ask me to liaise with the issuing bank. Though I am having problems only in this app. I really couldn't follow the logic from the customer service. Between I'm able to book the tickets from the website using the same card.

New version is so much less user friendly. Badly planned upgrade. Back to the drawing board please. I see numerous complaints about missing "Fasticket" function - bring it back! Seems pretty clear. But the developer team keeps asking to email them with more detail. I wonder if they're really interested in feedback.
