Edit: this updated is not even fixed an error we had for months, WHY???? _____ The app is not allow me to sign in to my account anymore for over a week now, why it takes too long to fix it? and here is a message I received: "Service temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance. Please check back later. We apologize for any inconvenience."

There are major glitches. For example, I was locked out for months for no reason. The error message was that they were working on the app. Sometimes options are missing, such as emailing a doctor under my child's account.

I don't like being forced to update an app as usually when I do they never work again! I was right. I updated the app and now it doesn't work at all. I fail to understand why people take a perfectly good app and wreck it!

More often than not I can't view things past the home page. When I finally can it's after trying multiple times, closing & reopening the app, if that even works. I got a text days ago saying I have new charges to pay. I've been trying for DAYS to VIEW my bill & I can't. Edit: this app is beyond frustrating. It has got to be the worst one ever for crashing. I honestly don't know why I keep it, it's absolutely useless. I'm deleting it. Y'all need to fix the bugs. 0/5 stars. Would not recommend.

The app works for showing appt times, and filling questionaires. But never loads the exercises prescribed to me. It doesnt have a symbol on the Messages tab for when you have a new msg either, I just found 21 unread msgs. Annoying, needs improvement so patients can view physical therapy exercises to get better.

This app rarely works. It is difficult to find what I am looking for. I can no longer find where my referrals, or Rx for optical are located. I really do not like this update!

Not only does the app kick you out of care chat when your talking to somebody it also doesn't like to load any of the care chat. Not only that you can't screen shot your own medical information.

The app usually works decently well for me, but for the last few weeks it has been "down for maintenance". Customer service told me they didn't see any outages or maintenance, and to email them to check my account status. I can use the website just fine, so it's not my account. Also they haven't even replied to my email after a week, so I guess the app is just broken?
