Displays the grid reference for your current location. Currently supports UK Ordnance Survey (OS) grid references to 4, 6, 8 or 10 figures. The app also displays your WGS84 Latitude and Longitude values and whether your current position is within the correct range for UK grid references. GB Grid Reference Values are used on Ordnance Survey Maps in Great Britain (UK Mainland).

Great app however today for some reason it wants access to my photos, media and files. Why? It hasn't up to now! (it only gives a grid reference after all!) So now it won't work! Idiots! Getting deleted.

Good app. Could be improved if there was a way to share grid ref with external apps, or if the ref was copied to clipboard when touched.

the app itself is good to use and very user-friendly however, the GPS seems very inaccurate at 6 and 8 figures usually about 20metres off. idk maybe my phone's gps is no good

I have two minor niggles, the background could be brighter and the GPS co-ordinates could do with having N/S & E/W rather than + and -. The good points are that there is a choice of accuracy which will exceed the position accuracy of the phone and the simplicity of use and clarity of the OS co-ordinates. I downloaded the app after an ambulance control room couldn't find the scene of an accident from GPS figures and have recommended it to my friends.

Great simple app. Very useful to me. I query the relevance of 10 digit references given the inherent accuracy of GPS, especially on this type of device.

Check your location is accurate on Google maps first before using the grid ref shown. It sometimes needs a moment to catch up. Great app otherwise.
