Excellent app. Just one problem today: it's not working. Usually it's fine. It says parking is not allowed after I enter the parking id number. It's doing this at different locations even though the sign clearly say parking is allowed. We normally park at these locations so we know the parking times and restrictions well. It's a problem with the app that we never had before.

Lately, the app doesn't recognize PayPal as a fund source. Only credit cards. Which is useless if you don't want to use a credit card or don't have one. Easier to just pay at the machine at this point which is too bad because it WAS super convenient to just use the app. Terrible. Please fix ASAP.

Been using it a couple of years and it's great now. Very convenient. Like that I can use it for my out of town family, I can add time without going back, it tells me when the paid parking is not available. REALLY appreciate that I can easily download my parking expenses from the site onto an excel sheet for my taxes.

This app is literally the worst to use. Faster to pay for parking at the machine at this rate, holy. I thought the app was supposed to be faster and more efficient? Clearly needs a redesign in terms of accessibility. Is it too much to ask to just put in my credit card info, and pay a fee? Why do I need to add money to an account and then use money from that to pay for parking? 100% do not recommend, this app is trash.

This app is such a scam. You have to pay for parking first before you can apply a promo code, but if the promo code doesn't work, you are stuck paying the original amount. Customer service doesn't respond to emails. You also have to load credit onto the account with a minimum of $20 just to use it even once. Ridiculous

Customer service has 5 stars.... helpful and patient to get set up and just be sure you set up things as laptop vs app is slightly different when you log in Mac vs pc.... menus might not pop up... but you need to set your payment in 2 places.... under settings then your payment method and under profile... uh you have to call customers service though

It's irritating that I have to load $20 into this account. Why? Why I can't deduct a few dollars from my cc or paypal whenever I want to pay for parking? And then a $2 fee added on too. Might as well just walk to a booth and pay.

After a long time not using the app, lockdown, even with $19.90 in the account it is not working, emailed, left a phone message, no one has responded. Now I cannot use the app. Not even poor, just no customer service. 😕

The app requires you to charge $20 on your before you can use it. The PayPal integration was slow and didn't work. You're better off paying the machine. Do not use this app.

The app is handy. However, it's stupid that I need to load $20 minimum when all I needed was to pay for a $5 parking fee. The app just deduct additional charges if you exceed the time limit since the credit card is registered. Instead, now I have $15 loaded which I won't use for a long while as I rarely park downtown. Also, I tried to add Paypal as a payment option and it simply indicates "Failed. An error occured" even with correct credentials. Please fix this issue app!
