Not a 5 Android app yet. Little use of drag and drop, pokey interface (having to click through everything), cannot manage even simple batch tasks such as tagging or moving, No use of drag left/right to assist, cannot duplicate tasks, interface is odd with inability to assign to any queue and other similar non-intuitive menus/actions, limited options for managing tasks, cannot create mutiple task via paste etc, and actually many more. App has great potential but it is, at this point, not there.

This application is what i exactly needed not to miss any daily tasks of office work. Hence 5 🌟. App is awesome 👌 in Mobile & on Desktop web app. I have a feedback. The only feature this app needs is that it needs a feature where we should be able to kinda lock the tasks and should be able to click on task complete only when we unlock the task otherwise if we touch any task even by mistake it gets completed or vice versa which will mess up the tracking! Hope this will be done soon! 😉

I've been using GQueues for a couple years now. I just got billed for my annual resubscription. Thought I'd take a minute to update this review. GQueues is the best app I've ever downloaded from the Play Store, period. I have come to rely it to organize pretty much everything I do - not just online, but in life generally. I also use Google Tasks and Google Keep, but only for marginal purposes. GQueues pretty much covers all the bases. The integration with Google Calender is flawless. Give it a try if you want a way organize tasks and notes. It's really a great app, and totally worth the minimal cost.

Finally, an app that understands the connection between tasks, emails and calendar and that we need that on both desktop and mobile. Something that neither Outlook nor GSuite have managed to achieve on their own in all these years. Workflow in mobile especially could still do with improvement but still easily the most well integrated solution I've tried. Worth getting the paid version. Made a product suggestion and within a few months it was there in the product.

I like how I can organize and view my tasks with this service. It's possible to visualize tasks with date in gCal which is great! When sending in question or feature request I got quick response 👍 Missing notification based on location. Something I hope for in the future is that I'll be able to see how gcal looks when I'm scheduling a task.

As a small accounting practice, it has helped me easily keep track of clients and deadlines. Tasks are easy to delegate to others via email, attachments are a great option and extra notes allows me to keep track of work in progress. I am also able to keep track of personal and business tasks on one platform. Features are consistent on mobile and desktop.

A simple multi-level task management app that integrates with your Google account. Easy to use it as a GTD® (Getting Things Done) inbox and task management app, but you don't have to. Works best in a desktop or laptop internet browser rather than the device app, but the app works well too.

Google integration is pretty good. Mobile and web access. Web access has a huge amount of keyboard shortcuts for faster and more efficient navigation and processing. My only compliant is that the app needs a UI overhaul. seems to be very outdated, but it works.

Ok I'm pretty computer literate and this would not consistently sync across 2 computers and an android smart phone. I put in a tech service request and it was read 2 days later (according to the read receipt). It's been 3 days since it was read and stil no reply. I've uninstalled, re-installed twice. It gave consistent error messages when trying to import from Google Tasks. It would look like it was importing, and do a partial import, but lots of tasks missing. If you try to pull up the attached email on a task, you can look at it but not truly open it and respond to the email again without going back into your email and manually finding it, pulling it up and responding. Not impressed. I really really want to be but I can't use something that doesn't sync.

Having installed GQueues (which I hadn't even been informed was commercial) and opened it simply to look at it, I'm informed my free trial has started and will expire in a couple of weeks. Super off-putting. Google's own free tools are perfectly adequate for task management. My curiosity about this app has died a death.
