GPS Distance meter is used to measure real distance between two geopoints. -Application is using only GPS reciver for locking geopoints, so you don't need internet connection. -Application is intended for measuring distances above 8 meters. (You can't measure how long is your car or how long is your arm.) -To ensure accuracy, make sure the sky is clear. -How to use: Go to your start point (A) and press "Lock point A", then walk or drive to end point and press "Lock point B".

Easy to use, which is a good point. But the accuracy is quite poor: the best is 5 meters, usually more than 10 meters. So, it depends on what you want to measure. I thought it might help me to measure the lenght of a fence, but it wasn't precise enough.

Does not work. Nothing I touched on app was active to enter information. Only place to respond to developer. I waited nearly 5 minutes, removed it, installed again, nothing. Nothing on the screen would respond, to say nothing of waiting for a gps signal etc. I use gps all the time and am fully aware of response times etc.

The application does not go out of settings using the typical back arrow. It is required to use the phone's own back button in order to exit settings, at least on galaxy A8. Also, 12 meters is the closest accuracy i could get as far as positioning but this is maybe a gps issue, internally

Great app. Measures Point A to Point B with coordinates in a straight line perspective. You can map the coordinates on Google Maps as well. It's quite accurate.

Easy to use for distance longer than tape measure 😉 Accuracy limited by regulations, as all GPS based apps. So simple a caveman can use it! i just downloaded and after I use it for a while I will update my rating.

It works nicely for me. We built a par 3 golf course recently and had to measure the distances between tee and green and it worked perfectly. Nice app. Love it.

I've installed and tested 4 gps distance measuring apps so far this evening. This is the best one so far. lt measured faster and was closer to actual distance than the others.
