Can't even use this app on my device at all as it's running in the background as I checked it out ..nothing as it keeps saying download YouTube music ..this app should be deleted right off and all Android apps should be not preloaded onto Android phones ..it Should be the person choice to download them not Google Android choice

Put all the updates back! I can't uninstall. I enjoyed Play Music. It works. Still would, if someone hadn't sold out. Being forced to switch, especially to the default option that is drastically different, is wrong. Since you're not putting it back, why in f won't you leave all updates in tact. A lot of people got impatient waiting for the delayed update that allows actually uninstalling.

This was my go to music app until.... YouTube music is horrible. The songs that are uploaded are by people trying to get views and people to like them. Who cares? I want music! Yes I can find almost everything I had on Google music, even music I was unable to transfer, but the quality in sound, and the UI of the YouTube music app is horrible. This was a terrible move on Googles behalf. Whether they had a choice in the matter or not. Haven't got around to it, but I'm canceling my subscription.

You people took my music playlists away. I spent years collating them. Tried backing up as directed. Nup. Just a text file. Think I downloaded a *few* albums I'd bought. No playlists. Hate streaming music. Hate being played unknown random songs too.

I truly hate the fact that you guys removed this app and have discontinued it and went with the dumbest service ever which is YouTube. When I listen to my downloaded music in my phone with the YouTube music app it kills the life of my battery so I have since found a 3d party app that still isn't anything comparable to play music. Come back come back now please return the good app. Even worse is cant uninstall this app even tho it don't work.

This used to be my best app, but suddenly everything is changing . As i speak i can't open my ofline musics, it keeps refering me to youtube and i even updated it on several occations with hope that it will be as it has always been ,but its worse now.

In my opinion google play should've stayed. I don't care for the youtube music, google play was way better and easier to manuever around. I think youtube music shoul have been it's own thing and left google play alone. If i wanted to have ads in my music i would listen to pandpra or spotify. And the youtube premium is more expensive than google play ever was. Very dissapointed in the change.

I can't even hear the music I downloaded, this is my way of listening to music when Im down. And keep playing music while going to sleep. But I believe this won't happened again because of this youtube music. Can't even listen to music if you don't have cellular data or wifi. Uughhh!

Haven't played music on my phone for a few months, my MP3 were unable to open, thought they got corrupted?. Luckily I found another app after searching ironically Google search, for top 10 android music players and decided on an ads free one, make your own decisions pros/cons etc. I tested only one and magically my music mp3s work. Guessing Google Play was default player for my phone. Saved me from reloading my music backup to my internal SD card.. luckily I see an option to uninstall app

I HATE THIS APP. It only works with WIFI, I can't get my old music. It can't play in the background or while your phone is off. This is a terrible app, Google play music was 100 times better. You can't upload your old music, it's a terrible money making scheme.
