this app is remarkably accurate and was very stable at one point. but since this is a Google app, Google does what Google does best and discontinued a very helpful/functional/useful tool. The app still works to an extent. it randomly will exit in the middle of measurements though.. but when it workd, it works great. iOS such but with no other viable OS option for cellphones, droid is the only option. Google is the worst managed company though. They love to discontinue things people love.

The app is absolutely amazing but there could be artificial intelligence used to further improve the experience. for example, there are other apps detecting the surface better.

Great app! Wish it would actually work though. I'm getting instant app crashes on Google Pixel 5 when attempting a new measure. Also cant help but notice that measurement point does not snap to corner or edge detected and you need to do this manually. That would be a great feature!

Camera crashes the whole app. There is an Android conversation that tells you why it crashes. Annoying, but I think that's been solved now. 4.5 stars

This app doesn't even work. It only show some random measurements which is not even correct. Google is said it's an estimate, the reality is that it's not an estimate, it's only a random mark. I'm now uninstalling it. Thank you for wasting my time and my phone space. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

It crashes like Everytime I use it, I just choose a point then it crashes before reaching the second point .. so frustrating! It is accurate, but "when" it works

Doesn't work. I tried measuring a square-edged stool 60cm long, it gave results between 40 and 140cm. It told me my piano was 3.4 metres long. Either it's rubbish or it needs clearer instructions. Difficult to use, as oval target doesn't move as expected. What are all the distracting white dots?

This is surprisingly good for back-of-the-envelop estimations, but it is not accurate enough to be used for cutting something to final dimensions

I would recommend using it. Looks like there will be no more updates, and it does have a little bit of a tendency to close when clicking the back button, but not when it's critical, so it's still usable.

Good when it works. I hate that it just tosses you out of the app when it starts to lose a measurement.
