I thought this app would be a great way to find Goodwill stores when I'm travelling. When I search my area where I live it says there aren't any! There are actually 9 locations near me! I have location on. What gives??? I guess I will have to depend on the Goodwill website.

Bruh, Goodwill must have an intimate relationship with FEDEX because the shipping fees are crazy. I feel the buyer should be able to opt for FEDEX or USPS at checkout. I bought a $10 item and wound up paying $28 with additional shipping and handling. Also, they should sell all electronics as for parts if all they are doing is testing to see if an item can turn on. I bought a tablet locked to Google, what can I do with that?

Goodwill mobile app is garbage. Won't accept cookies. So now I can't log on. I have items that I'm watching and have items that are being shipped and I can't track them. FIX THIS !

Im literally sitting IN THE PARKING LOT of a goodwill and the app says there are none w/i a 10 mi. Radius. 🤔 i clicked locate me, didnt help. I uninstalled and reinstalled, ironically that seemed to make it worse. Sad. If this is how ppl are trying to find you, youll never be found.

Experienced way too many issues with communicating with Goodwill's computers, when paying for idem's. Orders came from different areas, when problems happened, most communications were just reset order payment or problem close. None fixed problem. I've done everything asked of me. Cleared and reloaded app. many times. Call my CC companies making sure no problem with accounts. CC's still being declined.

If this is "the easiest way to find Goodwill locations", then they will never be found. Goodwill needs to remove the "Get it on Google Play" pop-up from both their app and their site until they have tested their code. It makes doing anything in the app or site a great difficulty... and yes, it appears in the app that you have already downloaded from Google Play (?????????!!!).

I do love the Goodwill!! I frequent our local stores frequently and find treasures galore! The app is good for locating Goodwill locations including store hours and phone numbers. I've visited the Goodwill app where they sell merchandise as well. I find the prices high for items that you can find in the stores less expensive. Bottom line....I love the Goodwill!!

Awful Ap! The location feature and login/registration don't work. No coupons or ability to credit your purchases as promised. I've tried contacting tech support for days and while they have time to take down my review, they can't fix the ap? Complete waste of time! Frustrating and useless! The ap is a TERRIBLE representation of Goodwill. The company should get its money back for this POS!

Literally have one Goodwill on the map, about 3 miles away and it can't detect it within a 10 mile radius? I have screenshots if asked for them, I'd really like this to work. I manually found the Goodwill store on the map and selected it but it doesn't do anything. Still says there's no Goodwill nearby...
