This app is nowhere near as good as the old one. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. I've just uninstalled it as I tried, several times, to make a booking for the morning and I couldn't.. the clock wouldnt move from PM to am. It also wouldnt bring up my to and from places. The other app worked fine..why did you change it!!!!

Took money already from me. May only be £1.01 but I hope that gets refunded or I will not be using this company again. Only put card details on and they already took money out of my bank. This isn't acceptable. They should inform you if they are going to take money from you without booking a taxi.

Tried adding my debit card to quick pay on the app but states problem adding my credit card... when it's a debit card!! Oh well i will uninstall and use another company!

All drivers very pleasent

The app is ok but the service is horrible, I been using the app for a while and always send the drivers different places, the drivers take a different route and arrive very late even if you done a booking. I lose many trains and I booked 30 or 40 mins before the tracking time is fake.
