    Ever since the "update", I have had trouble logging in. It will just shut down, or close for no reason. It is terrible and they should not have launched it with all these problems. I have a 2018 samsung, it's old, but not that old to where I should be having all these problems! I had NO problems before they launched this new terrible app. I am very disappointed. This better not be a way for you guys to cause overdrafts either. You have already been bad in the past, holding onto things for days.

    Terrible update implementation. I had no idea the update would require my security questions for a basic login. If you had told me before hand, I could have reviewed them and made certain I had answers ready. Now I can't access my account from my phone or computer. And because you've done this to so many of us, now I'm on an eternal purgatory of being on hold. Way to screw over several million customers at once.

    The update totally destroyed usability for me. When I get my pay check I would go into the app and transfer to pay off my credit card in full. Now when you select make transfer to credit cards it only shows you what your minimum payment is. I have to go back to the balance menu in order to see how much is on my card remember that number down to the cent before I can then make the transfer. The balance menu wont even show you the remaining available balance on credit cards anymore. Ridiculous.

    In the beginning this was a good app. Now after the maintenence and app update. It sucks. Can't even access my account, because it locked me out for too many password attempts. Can't even do a forgot password cuz the phone number it has isn't correct. Call the bank and the representative tells me nothing she can do, tells me to wait it out. SMH

    The new updated app seems to be working well. Since the update was deployed, I have been able to log in and navigate through it without any issues. This is a breath of fresh air coming from the previous iteration that was an absolute nightmare to use due to consistent log in issues. - Minus one star due slow log in process. Also due to PTSD from the past iteration.

    After the update it took forever to get access to login again, and now I can't deposit checks. The camera starts up and then immediately shuts off. I just barely switched banks and honestly this isn't giving me a whole lot of confidence in this bank. I've had zero problems with every other banking app I've ever used. And there's no good way to report problems. No, I'm not calling one of your locations. I work with people all day, the point of mobile banking is not to have to talk to anyone.

    Would give ZERO stars. This app update/revamp is horrible! First off, it now takes 3x as long to even load. I don't like the new format that shows the separate pending charges and then additionally lumps them ALL together and lists it again. Too confusing. I am now having issues trying to log on. I've even changed my password and it still gives me errors stating it can't "authenticate my info". What a joke! I was happier with the old version.

    Have not been able to login to my account. When I called the number that sent me an email to reset my password it says the server is still down. Also when I use the recovery option, it gives me a different phone number. Every time I try it. I've never had any issues like this since the update. Please who can I call directly to figure out how to go back online to view my transactions. It's been almost 2 weeks now.

    August 10, 2021 - Refuses to run. Says it "can't run with some other (unnamed) auto-clicking app". They "fix" this. November 18, 2021 - "Security Enhancements" prevent the user from logging in. Now I have to go to a brick and mortar Golden 1 to deposit a simple check. With their business on the line you'd think they'd hire people who knew what they were doing.

    November 4th update still hasn't fixed everything. Still crashes on load and now my finger print login option doesn't seem to save... Prompted to put in new security questions with no indication of why or if my originals were being replaced or added to. To top it off all my credit info is gone now. I don't want to enter my info again, this is terrible. Why would it ask for birthday, that info is in my account, I should have to enter it. Automate that.
