Constantly tells me I'm not a human and thinks I'm using automation tools to view items, yet I am very human. When trying to verify my human existence it just repeats an endless cycle of captchas. It used to be a somewhat decent app but not anymore.

DO NOT USE THIS APP...it is a scam. I searched for sizes and ordered them but somehow ordered the wrong sizes...size 6 boys, I received size 17 men's. Also ordered size 11 men's but received boys size 5. Even more oddly the receipt had the wrong sizes. You can not get a refund, only GOAT CREDIT. You can not see your credit anywhere on the app. I requested help and was told to order and the total would be deducted from my credit. Instead my account was charged again. My email was changed... SCAM

Says you can cancel within 3 hours, I try to cancel an order after 15 mins and get denied. Fing computer customer service, absolute trash. Will stick to eBay or brand sites. Literally no benefit to using this app.

Can't even use the app without having it being spammed by 20 "Verify if you're you're human" b.s, anytime I click on the app or notification I get blasted with a ton of these before even getting to see the 2nd slide of the product

The worst app Ive ever dealt with. I cant sign in because no matter what I do it says username cannot be null. I contacted customer support and all they do is have me do the same things over and over and still nothing. I've done a hard reset, I've refreshed the page, Ive un-installed and re-installed, and anything else you can think of and still customer support wants me to keep trying the same things, why? I left StockX because I thought GOATs pre-approved feat was great not now. Half star serv

I use to love Goat 5 Stars, but now with the new changed OFFER set up and some stupid wheel and you cant see how much a shoe has been selling for I'm out, going back to StockX, Stop fixing something thats not broken, you are making the app worse, also when I sold my shoes, I did not even know that there is a Extra 3% fee on top of what they said you will make, dude just sell on Vinted no selling fees

Extremely poor communication - I ordered some sneakers through this app and was notified of a shipment delay. After being told a team is looking into it I have been met with nothing but generic responses and no one will tell me what's happening with my order. While it seems a great platform, if/when I finally get my shoes I doubt I'll be returning. Considering the price tags on their items, this lack of engagement is just unacceptable. 25/7 update: Still waiting on any sort of response

Big yikes if you got a shoe that isn't produced anymore and it's the wrong size. No cash refunds, only their in-store credit that supposedly won't expire. The app feels like it wants to be this sort of polish but its still slow on start up. Oh, and THEY WILL TAKE A REDUCTION OF YOUR CREDIT TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK. LIKE ?????. I like the idea of sharing shoes, but COME ON, let the people who have the shoe but not bought it easier so that people can spend longer and potentially buy your product.

Just a note for collectors. A lot of shoes I bought are labeled new but will come with minor defects. IE discolored spots and some look worn but cleaned up, etc. Just keep that in mind if anyone uses this app. Ran into an issue with shipping, also. The carrier marked it as delivered when it never arrived. Minus 1 star. I recommend just going to store to get your shoes now...

It's really terrible for the app to push-notify me off new low prices on sneakers I've tagged, only for me to log in and see that "low price" is not my size ... just the lowest price of ANY size. It's worth less than nothing because it wastes my time, which makes me not want to use the app at all.
