For Global Bank Staff!!! used forgot password option.Even though i entered correct information, could not use the feature.then, after three attempts, the acc was locked. called the office, phone was put on hold for 3 minutes, and then was cut off without any info....Great job!!!

I got Very bad experience. I tried to open it on my new mobile because the old on was broken , but it didn't worked. I called to my nearest biratchowk branch staff and they told me to visit their office. I filled up form and staff told me to login my account later. I tried multiple times to open my account but it still didn't helped. I called again to the bank and then the Same staff replied me, your approval is on the way, and it's been almost 4 days and still not working. Global IME sucks.

The mobile on which I opened the account by downloading this app got lost, now by buying a new mobile and downloading this app again.When i try to open it by entering the same account number and password, it will not open. Why does it say that the password and mobile number do not match? Get the information. Thank you!

I had some issues with transferring funds to another account so they made me fill some form to edit my account and it's been three days my account says it's not approved. How can GIBL being the top bank takes forever to simply update my account. Same goes with another issues. It's taking more than 15 days to change my signature as well. Worst banking experience.

The app is so unstable. Numerous time nothing happens after I scan fingerprint to login. The camera for QR also doesn't appear very often while making payments. There are numerous failed payments that go through later. Very bad experience I must say

Troble maker banking app in Nepal. Always providing problems instead of better service. While transfering fund or recharging as doing top up, it won't work and letter that happens automatically several times.. Worst useless app. Some times balance doesn't come in SIM but deducts from main balance. Even I have mailled regarding this issue but doesnt got any responce. And i lost my money. I strongly recomend people not to open account in this bank. If you guys have ac, pls channge it it out.
