I have worked on RC 8+ hours a day since 3/2020. Every once in while there would be a hiccup, and that was fine. However the last couple weeks are horrible. Constantly getting prompt to switch to this device. If i open another app, callers can no longer hear me, but i still hear them(that was never an issue before). Now i can ONLY have RC on my screen while conducting business calls. It's terrible. I downloaded the update that was supposed to fix the bugs, but it doesn't help

hey, i'm experiencing a difficulty where when i press 'sign in', it loads for a moment, however, it doesn't take me anywhere but instead, shows a white blank screen. my wifi is working nicely as i'm able to compose this message. i'd like to know what measures i should take to fix this. i will instantly change my ratings if it's fixed. thank you!

Update #2: the call volume has been fixed. Using ver 21.3.11.504 I deleted app and re downloaded fresh. **Update: If the patch was released, it didn't work. Still no ring volume.** The ring volume is so low now you can't hear it. Worked fine yesterday morning and then by afternoon something changed. Not sure if it was an update. No way to adjust ring volume in app. All volume settings on phone are maxed and regular phone rings fine. When selecting a ringtone in app, the sound plays fine, but when you actually get a call the volume is inaudible. Please fix or roll back last update. I've missed several calls now. The links you have provided to others does nothing to fix this issue. Installed Old RC Phone app and that rings fine (loud). Seems to be an issue with this RingCentral Chat. Video app.

Constant network instability when on a call it goes dead for about 5 to 10 seconds numerous times. Doesn't matter if I'm 2ft from the router or on 4G LTE. It's brutal, avoid RC if you can. My network and Verizon's network are more than sufficient to handle voip. Update: got a new 5g phone and guess what? Same issues. But I'm sure it's my device or network and not RC being garbage.

Its really annoying, ud lose your signal almost every call. And they reduse to acknowledgedl the problem. Weve reported issue for almost 3 weeks now, they kept saying its network issue, network issue for 50 people who lived on different service with different provider, its not even a localized issue. They kept saying that because we are in Ph. Will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DIALER!

I love that it has almost all ways already to get connected including meetings but i hate that whenever you call, you need to keep clicking the phone icon to dial the number unlike the old one. I use it for work so i can tons of people to call. Flipping the dial icon every call is waste of time. So i still use the old app.

Nothing in the settings seems to fix the constant sound of being muffled or on speakerphone when using the mobile app to make calls. Several of my coworkers all have the same problem, and it seems that there is no fix for this except to just not use the mobile app.

App is somewhat kludgy, & many things done thru the app are more straightforward and efficient just hitting a few buttons on the physical phone: transferring a call, for example. Just because you have the app doesn't always mean it is the best tool for the job at hand.

Been trying on & off for MONTHS to get this app downloaded onto my Amazon Fire android table. Only need it for one monthly meeting, used android phone dial-in to date. All my devices android - issue seems Google vs Android apps not compatible! Took 2hrs following steps to get Google/Google Play installed, (didnt work from Amazon either!) Was my last attempt, looks - YIPEE, as if downloaded. Not tried app yet - will review... If its works (on my Amazon Fire)

They replaced our landlines at work with this. Catching phone calls is extremely important when you're in commission only sales! My phone only rings every once in awhile or if someone dials my direct extension! When it does ring it's the last to ring out of 6 salesmen.They're supposed to ring simultaneously, but one guys phone rings first every time and that's b.s. on the highest level!! Nobody can hear or understand me on it. I hate this app and all apps like it. We need our landlines back!
