If I could give this app a ZERO rating I would. I have tried to give it a chance a couple of times. But it's the same thing. It always freezes saying " trying to restore my connection" and of course I lose my coins. Funny how no other app on my phone has a problem with my connection. I have a 5G phone from T Mobile and have connectivity every day all day except when using your app. And then the best part is when you offer your "Lucky Spin" pathetic. Such a joke. Uninstall for good!

I've been playing this for a good few years but recent updates have left me feeling very frustrated with it! On several occasions when in a winning position, it freezes and I have to leave the App and lose my winnings. Seriously considering abandoning it and finding an alternative rummy game 🙁 Update 21 September: Having installed the update a couple of days ago, the game freezes part way through, usually when I'm winning, and I lose the game and any bet made. I give up!

This rummy game has a ton of adverts and side quests. Pay to get rid of the ads and they still hound you for money constantly. Worse, you start losing all your chips. I don't beleive it's a coincidence. I have seen this behavior in these games elsewhere. To Responder below: I wish there were bots. I play "Gin Rummy" which pits me against a bot, and I win a lot more. Further, it only started happening after you realized you could get money out of me. Enjoy the little you got and jog on.

Biggest problem with game is it is always kicking you out due to poor internet connection. Not in my end (at least most of time). Locks up too. Ruins the time based card game as it can take one or more turns to get back in. Think it is their graphics as it happens disproportionately when the "Gin" one is starting - Yeah, that is frustrating, you want to declare Gin but game kicks you & when you return card that gave you Gin is gone - They need to fix this then it would be 4-5 star.

9/30/20 Challenging 9/23/21 I just removed 2 stars.. I still love this game, can you please make it stop being so glitchy? Every other game im losing due to freezing issues or saying i have poor network connection!?!? I have 5G!!!! I just read some recent comments and seems im not alone. Zynga, your comment is the same on all recent reviews stating you dont have any bots sitting in any game. Hmmmm, seems Zynga may be a bot....??? 😣 please fix it!

Despite what the developers say, they do indeed use bots in this game... Theyre only used in the daily/weekly events though. You'll always encounter them at the beginning of an event. Your first 1-3 hands will always be against a bot, depending on the event. Always. And if you lose 2 games in a row you'll be matched with a bot and you'll always win against them. You can tell it's a bot by the profile picture, which doesnt look real, when the account was created, and their game history...

Because I have played this game for about 2 years I believe. I play daily and I also spend money on in-app purchases VERY FREQUENTLY. I haven't had any issues until recently, so i still gave 4 stars. With that being said, the game has been freezing...a lot... and 2 out of the last high betting games I have played ended up in a huge loss due to the technicalities. So please fix so I don't have to change the 4 to a 1, I'd rather give 5

This app has so many glitches & support is a joke! I've lost coins & other in-game credits. When I send a detailed explanation I get a weird response that has nothing to do with my problem, then ask me to explain my problem to them. That tells me no one took the time to read the message I already sent. All they want you to do is buy coins to play & gems to get in the VIP room. Once you pay gems to get in, the app won't give you your earned credits to renew your pass, you have to pay gems again!

The games are fun, but there's a lot going on with specials and events. Been playing a couple of weeks and I'm still a bit clueless. UPDATE: So, I finally figured out all the events, and while I love playing gin rummy, I'm becoming disillusioned with this app. The tell that there are bots/game app "computerized" players is really obvious. Update: The game has become much better and I'm noticing fewer bots. I like the new feature of Blitz with it's betting change up.

Frustrated! I love playing this game, but it will freeze up my entire phone. This is the ONLY game I have downloaded, and a brand new phone (it did it to my old phone too and I thought it might be my phone). It takes tons of my coins, and I am about to stop playing if it doesn't get fixed.
