GIBL is a craft beer journal. It does only one thing, and it does it very well. It allows you to easily rate your favourite beers using many different taste criteria and store your reviews in the app. It's made extremely simple to use; there're no registration, no ads, it works offline, design is clean and simple. Built so that you can still use it while drunk! It does only one thing - stores beer reviews, and it does it very well. To review beer, I'm using a technic called a “flavour wheel”. It provides a quick, visual way to describe flavour (and recall it later). Mark your beer for hops, spiciness or floral notes, among loads of other tasting options. Search for thousands of beers in the database and share your beer reviews with friends through social media. A must-have app for the craft beer fan.

While using the app, it would crash a few times after taking a picture, but would usually work after restarting the app. Unfortunately, much like another reviewer, after adding about 25-30 beers, the app crashed while adding another and crashes immediately every time I open it. If this gets resolved, I'll re-review, but as of now, I've lost everything I put into it.

After using it for some time and adding so many different beers to this journal, the app suddenly crashed and it has not worked since. When I started using it before it did crashed several times, but after rebooted the cell or the app it would briefly work again. But recently it went down, and the app does not work for me anymore. I do not even have access to the many beers I recorded on this program. It is frustrating.

I really like this app, however, it takes so long to load! I'd like to be able to just put in quick notes about the beers I'm drinking, but it seems like I spend more time waiting for the app to load then actually using the app!

If only it worked... The app itself is not bad however it simply doesn't work. It freezes every single time on starting it.. had to uninstall it. Very disappointing.

The ability to add photos from your gallery instead of taking a picture every time would greatly improve this app. otherwise it's a great app for keeping track of your beers

the app started out great! After building up a decent list of a wide range of beers it crashed. Can't even load app. time and beers wasted..

Just started using this. The first thing I noticed was that it will not let you attach a photo on your phone, it will only let you take a new one via the camera
