This will be the 3rd time downloading this app. I cant get my rewards to show up. I have like 6 bucks in rewards and want to use them in self-checkout. An that's the only reason I download it. To use my points at self-checkout. My receipt says there 6 bucks in rewards but nothing shows up on my app. And it never shows my past purchase either its saying I have no history but I was literally there 4 days ago.. This app would be great if it worked the way they intended.

Don't try putting an order in less than 15 minutes before cutoff. It will tell you every 3 seconds that you are nearing cutoff and make it near impossible to place your order.

Worst app ever! Never works right ever! O just updated it, tried it on mobile data and wifi and it won't open right. Will never show my card in store. Just close the app and get rid of it.

This app is nice when it works, but at other times can be quite useless. Last week my deli order ahead function quit working, kept giving me an error message. That now works but my rewards card won't show when I click on the logo to show the cashier at checkout. The card number comes up but not the barcode so I have to enter the info on the credit card reader. What's the problem Giant?!? Update... re-installed a week ago... same problems. Site was down for maintenance yesterday... today, same problems. Giant, I think you need to hire some new developers!

This app is beyond glitched and to the point of being absolutely useless. It takes over 30 seconds for it to register you have tapped anything and god forbid you want to type. It'll take you 5 minutes to find what you want. And don't forget that check out isn't even possible. I can pick my time slot but as soon as I try go check out it says there was an error. Tried contacting support they gave me a number to call and no one answered for a week straight.

The app is VERY slow. That's the main problem. Additionally things sometimes don't work properly, or like I selected a checkout time and then when it got within 15 minutes it kept sending an alert that stopped me from using the app. Eventually I had to stop shopping for 15 minutes just to let the alert run out. Really hate this app.

I hate this app. I go to Giant because I like all the coupons and sales that they have. Recently though, they haven't had many good coupons on the app, and they don't have the monthly "free-day" anymore. The past few times that I have been there, the app hasn't scanned and I miss out on ALL coupons and sales and pay full price for everything. This makes me really irritated. I will be shopping at Weis instead because they at least have an app that works.

I am unable to load coupons for my Giant card since some update has occurred. Being that I live on the border of PA and MD I have always been able to use my Giant store card at Martin's, also, with no issues; as well as, use both the Giant food stores app & Martin's app to download coupons for each store with no issues. Now I have issues all the time--unable to clip coupons, Giant app says I need finish setting up a card that has been set up for a very long time. Very irritating.......
