This app is amazing! My wife and I are hooked on doing tours whoever we vacation. We used this app to book multiple tours when we were in Rome, Venice, France and Austria. It is so convenient and we dont ever feel pressured to plan in advance places we want/need to see since there's probably a tour that covers all of it. Love this app. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Even though our tour guide was a no show, I will still give this app a 5 star review. Their customer service was exceptional. They were very apologetic and emailed me with every update regarding a full refund. Our group was very disappointed that we didn't get to do the ghost tour.... But life happens. I will definitely use this app in the future.

The worst app I have used!!! Do NOT use their mapping. It took us over 45 minutes longer than it should have and we missed our boat after driving 2 1/2 hours. Not Happy at all!!! $ waisted!!

We booked a tour to Maine through this website and received our confirmation tickets. They declined our tickets without a reason an hour later. We then reserved a ticket to Martha's Vineyard and again given an actual ticket and again given a cancelation for no reason. Why do you allow me to book and reserve when you decline it and I have to wait 7 days for a refund when it took less than an hour to take $500 from me in an hour? Give it back now. I highly discourage this service.

It was bad! I went to PR to do ATVs and their website they charge you $118 per person. So I had bought 3 of them so they charged me $364. When I got to the place they gave me a single atv and a double we were all upset. I asked for my refund and I had screenshots of everything and they don't want to give me the refund. The place of "Campo Rico trails rides" had situation with them for their false advertisement so please be careful.

They canceled my reservation ... then I looked to see if I could book something like that and I find that they are booking the same trip I had but more expensive. I still do not receive my money. You never used it again. worst.

Pretty good. Accidentally booked a wrong date and tried to reschedule the date and it wouldn't let me so I had to cancel the excursion and I tried to rebook it for a different date however was unable. Will try again in a few days.
