    I like it, but it's too much of a pain in the butt to sign in, I try to keep myself logged in, that never holds, so I have to re-enter my email my password and then I have to do my four digit password...KISS...keep it simple silly... and this makes a lot more difficult when I and my coworkers are working on the line and we can't stop this long to get our cars going, just do a simple four-digit password and let it be

    New issue. I only use the app to remote start my duramax. With winter coming my way I went to remote start my truck this morning. And I notice it does not let me reset the 10 minute time limit like it use to! I have to let it run 10 minutes and shut off! And restart again for another 10 minutes. Every previous app version would let me reset the 10 minute timer whenever I wanted. For up to 20 minutes run time. It is extremely hard on a diesel engine to have to restart the vehicle.

    I have used this app for years. I've remotely started and unlocked my vehicle many times. It's been wonderful in our cold winters. Now, suddenly lots of updates, the app no longer offers remote services unless I pay $9.99 a month?????? This was offered as part of my OnStar package. What gives????

    I have used this app since I purchased my truck 4 yrs ago. Now it will not give you access to remote start your vehicle or any of the options I use to have. It wants me to press my blue onStar button & speak with a representative. I do not want to speak to onStar or purchase their service. What is going on??

    I have contacted support and received a response that the Android Auto doesn't work if I don't have an OnStar data plan which is just plain wrong. I have the EV Mobile Commands package. The app works on my google pixel and also have an iPhone and it works as it should with CarPlay. My Android Auto just shows a screen - 'no new messages during this drive'. It used to work great, now it doesn't work at all. No one at support has been able to help.

    Thank you for doing what I couldn't get AA to do. If I had known AA was completely unnecessary for listening to my phone's audio output in the car using bluetooth, I wouldn't have such disdain for that app and maybe would have figured this problem out months ago. I have not tried the myChevrolet app on phone yet but this plays my music PERFECTLY in the car without needing to wake my phone. I'm almost afraid to use the app or give it anymore permissions because I cannot afford slow performance.

    GM has great electric vehicles, but no way for owners to easily find chargers or plan a road trip. Route and charge planning are NOT optional for EV owners. They make or break the EV ownership experience. GM blames Google for the myChevrolet app that fails to connect or report vehicle status for the past 6 months or so. Stop blaming and just fix it already. Tesla will eat your lunch if you can't do trip planning. Make no mistake a key fob can cover the other features being promoted by this app.

    I have been using this app for a few years now - always had a great experience (and raved about it to others) until recently. I am no longer able to utilize the app to autostart my vehicle, lock/unlock doors, or to initiate the alarm/horn. All I can do is look at accessories to purchase, the owner manual, and schedule service. I have updated the app, uninstalled/reinstalled, and no luck. PLEASE HELP!

    I've been using this app for over 5 yrs, on my 16' Camaro. I've been paying monthly on navigation. I tried using my navigation 3X's a week ago, but I kept getting "shop now," & "we're sorry. The plan you selected is not available. Please select a different plan." I contacted Onstar, and it only got me from transfer to tranfer, from one person to the next. No one could answer my questions, nor get the problem solved. They kept having me to uninstall, reinstall. Now (10-22-21)...SAME ISSUES!!!🤬

    Told me I needed a upgrade I ended up installing then reinstalling the app. Had to redo my password and then it requested my pin which I tried to change since it did not like the one I did have. When trying to change the pin it gave an error and stated an upgrade was needed. This is very disappointing since it had worked just fine before you all decided to change something in the programs.
