Cannot login using the app. There is little point in using it.

  8. guest-avatar

Was never as interesting as the coverage it had in the main app implied.

  13. guest-avatar

Nice idea, but very buggy. Am also unable to sign in with Twitter.

  14. guest-avatar

Doesn't work for me. When I select log in with facebook I log in and then I'm told the the guardian already has permission and then it crashes. Can't set up a new account either; proper broke.

  18. guest-avatar

For some reason it shows me terms of service but when I press agree it takes me back to choose how to log in page

  19. guest-avatar

Good app, and good idea. But the fact that the screen won't rotate on my tablet makes it considerably difficult to use. Fix this issue and it's a 5 star app.

  20. guest-avatar

...but probably ok on a phone

  21. guest-avatar

More of a forum app, no search functionality, just read the papers website instead so much better

It's an interesting idea which seems to have already attracted a lot of interest. The app itself is easy to use. The only problem is the sign up system if you don't already have a Guardian account. It suggests you can sign in with your Twitter account, but all that does is give The Guardian access to your Twitter account. So you have to go back and create a new Guardian account. But you can't do that from within the app. If I hadn't remembered my old Guardian account details I wouldn't have bothered.

  38. guest-avatar

Nice concept for crowd sourced Guardian-arranged content, works well, no crashes. A bit annoying that you can only log in with Twitter if you've linked your Twitter account to a Guardian account (and you only find this out after you've tried to log in), but that's my only complaint. Congrats chaps.

  39. guest-avatar

The guardian is extremely slow online. thought the app would be faster. But the app crashes at the first popup window. Removed.

  40. guest-avatar

Installed today. crashed phone every time. :( Samsung galaxy note.

...crashes every time I try to upload content.

  42. guest-avatar

Interesting concept, can't wait to see a cat related assignment!

  43. guest-avatar

Works nicely on my nexus 4. Very cool.

  44. guest-avatar

Cool concept! Now lets see if i make the news.

Can log in now. Upped to 4*

  46. guest-avatar

I liked the idea of this but cannot get it to accept sign-up via Twitter, despite the fact that my Twitter account shows GW as having access. Apps MUST work out of the box, or they go. I'm afraid this one has now been deleted.

  47. guest-avatar

There's no G+ log-in option so I can't sign in with my Guardian account. Seems quite a half-hearted attempt at an app, more like a vehicle for EE advertising. Difficult to recommend the app.

  48. guest-avatar

Good idea, good concept however a slight issues when it comes to logging in using your Twitter account. Best if you make a guardian account.

  49. guest-avatar

    Can't run it. Not impressed.
