I do like this app. However I wish that they didn't take the option to transfer across accounts away. It made it easier and we didn't have to get involve an already overworked rep. The deposit option is great. Since the bank is only open mon-fri, it makes it easier.

For the most part it's your average banking app. I've used other banking apps that are better but the bank itself makes up for anything wrong with the app. They have issues some times but they get fixed pretty quick. It still covers your basic needs and that's all that matters. Nice app:)

I Love the OLD APP! The old app i was able to see my direct deposits without calling in. I HATE i have to call customer service to find out how much is coming through. For this reason i rate it 3 stars because not having that feature is a BIG DEAL to me.. If you all fix this , i believe you'll get 5 stars across the board!

This app is okay it has the basic functions. It could be better. For instance, if it could show your direct deposit info. before it hits that would be great!!! The old app had that fearure but this one dosent.

Mobile deposit was finally added but it is jacked up. Constantly asks if the date is visible on the check when it clearly is. Also asks if amount is correct because it sees a different amount that isnt even close to what is actually in check. Tried using the "chat now" feature and was sent in an infinite loop asking for the same info over and over. The old app worked fine. New app is garbage and is completely unnecessary.

I thought the old app was perfect and I've never ran into ANY problems using it or issues logging in, but this new one is a joke! I cannot fathom as to why your company is prompting customers to uninstall the old app and download the new app, which is NOT working! I am locked out of my account and am unable to log in. Can someone please get this fixed, like ASAP!

I don't like the new app as much. It use to show when a deposit was pending but it doesn't now.. 👎
