I bought Samsung earbuds after having much cheaper JBL & Sony & I am really disappointed. The headphones have a complex app, but even with these billions features the sound is awful. I listen to German Industrial Metal (e.g.,Rammstein) & even with "bass boost" the bass is far even from what I can hear on my laptop, moreover, "bass boost" makes the voice of a singer much quiter even though it is very low to be amplified. Can you make an update for this style? I have a strong desire to return them

Non sense request for all permission! It's just a headset, why samsung needs permission for call log, sms, contacts, storage, etc? Just phone permission for handfree is enough! I'm not buying any Samsung peripheral products anymore

Would help if the pictures had any resemblance to the app that actually opens when you install it. It looks nothing like the images here. Worst thing is the buds sound absolutely terrible after the update, like worse than a $5 set of wired buds. Absolutely awful product that's never been that great anyway. Will be happy to leave these behind, just a pity I had to waste the money. But the app is garbage.

Recently updated and almost useless now. The new look is aweful, it took ages to refind my buds and I have to manually connect them every time through the app instead of the auto connecting as soon as I pop them in my ears... Used to be brilliant, now... Not so,

The August update feels more like a token "we're totally still developing this!" gesture than anything intended to address a real problem. Why would move most of the feature controls from the home screen into a new tab entirely? That makes no sense whatsoever. What, now I have to sift through pages to find the equalizer? Such incompetence. Also, the firmware update BROKE my right bud; sound quality plummeted, and ambient sound won't work right with it at all. What in the absolute heck?

With the latest update, the call quality in calls has dropped a lot. It sounds metallic and distorted. I can't use them anymore like this. This happens only on my phone and only with the buds+. Other BT headsets work fine with the phone. And the buds work fine in call mode on my PC as well. Can be tied well to the latest update as it started exactly after it was installed. Please fix this asap. **update 08/2021** still no fix for the issue.

They require an unnecessary level of permissions just to make simple wireless buds connect and function. There is no reason...except for personal data mining...that the buds shouldn't work independently from the Wear app. Otherwise, performance is average. Would not recommend at the $100 price point.

I really like the earbuds, they sound and feel great. The app was really good to but then they updated it. I dislike how they changed the equalizer and color scheme, It's white now instead of black. I think it was unnecessarily compacted and it makes things harder to access. I wish I could undo the update.

Having to give the app every permission in the word to get it to work is just terrible. Why do you need access to my call logs or calender when you got nothing to do with it, or I hope you don't. Also a tip if you don't want to share your phone with Samsung: Allow all permissions and set up the app at first. Once the wearable is synced, if you just want to monitor the battery or toggle block touch & ambient sound, enable buds widgets on homescreen and then go to settings and deny everything.

The recent update is absolutely terrible and nonsensical. The app interface has become uglier, settings are more difficult to find, and it's also harder to see how much battery you have left. As far as I can tell, you can't even view the left and right buds separately anymore. Epic fail.
