Samsung is getting like Apple. Use our phones or you're limited. App says there's an update on my Moto G Power, but just hangs when you try to update. Tried updating the app on my Samsung Tablet and it updates, but there are no changes in the app! Probably going to have to return the buds.

Can't launch app on my Pixel 6. Says I have an update but when I try to install I get taken to download the app in the play store. Uninstalling/reinstalling app doesn't fix it. Can't connect earbuds to phone now. Please fix this 💩 app!
Judah Okolie
It's not letting me use the app because it said it needs to update when there's no update. I've tried downloading and redownloading the app over and over again but it still doesn't work.

Could be Better... started out ok. But now im getting told there's an update almost daily but there isn't. There could be better options and have more clearly defined.

Refuses to let me change earbud settings telling me that it needs to update it. Ive updated it, deleted it and reinstalled it. Still doesnt work.

Goes straight to uninstall screen when prompted to update. Unusable as of latest update

The overall experience was great, but the new update locks one earbud settings behind the accessibility tab, and that tab consistently crashes on my Android 11 OnePlus 6t. Thankfully, settings are stored on the earbuds and not the phone, so I could change it from a second device, but that shouldn't be necessary for such basic functions.

Updated UI in wearables app sucks, battery life Indicators are not as clear as they used to be and now are only letters/numbers, before there was icons. They also changed a lot of the text from being yellow text on black background, to being blue text on a black background, can hardly even read those things now.

I can't connect my earbuds to this. Seems like a lot of people are having this issue. Please fix it asap.

version 2.2.42.21083061 killed my ambient sound in 1 earbud. Now I HAVE to have both in to use ambient sound. Now I remember why I hate Samsung products.
