    I strictly followed the schedule for a month with a little bit of modification to the meal plan and the result went very well!!!. I had a little bit doubt myself thay this app is really for "gain waigt", but now i can testify it is really fit for purpose. Am planning to repeat the workout this starting next week....

    I just started today hoping to gain weight by this month. This app has many positive reviews, so excited! I just wanted to ask if I'd still be having good results if I don't follow the diet plan strictly but somewhat close to it? Like eat something related to what's written if not exact, will I still gain weight? Coz I'm afraid I'd be Iosing weight by just exercising, please reply.

    It provides a healthy way to gain weight. The exercises are specially target leg and abdominal muscles, arm and others are little included. But the diet plan isn't affordable for everyone. Workout quality isn't very good. So I've given 3 star.

    Good app. The only thing is, it doesn't let me chose any of my dietary restrictions, so there are things that it suggests that I physically am unable to eat, there for I'm having to supplement/ change for what I can eat.

    No option available for Vegetarians. It would be great if you add substitutes for Specified food items like Milk and Diary Products ( To make it suitable for vegans), Meat substitutes ( For Vegetarians) and it would be awesome if you could add the diet for Jain users.
