    - No way to modify the diet - The workouts all seem to be legs and core. Very little muscle group variation - The verbal counting for the workouts is WAY too fast. - The images can be confusing.

    It doesn't let you put settings on the diet menu. I'm vegetarian and allergic to kiwi (which it was saying I needed to eat 2x a week)

    I like the app, the only problem is when I check off the box that says "I use dietary supplement" it adds a protein powder to the diet plan. Is it asking if I want to use a supplement? I'm already taking a dietary supplement (ensure) so do I have to take the powder too?

    I was going to use this, downloaded and checked the diet, one star because it's a nice set up very informative but I can't use it. I'm allergic to half of the diet :(
