    I love Centurion but it seems the negative review is overwhelming the positives with this G-Ultra unit. The unit keeps rebooting intermittently whiles struggling with internet. It's always offline and when power is restored, its turns off the energizer. The client clearly told me he's already frustrated with the G-ultra unit and I regret recommending it. He had to stay up all night to make sure it's turned back on when it's off. I'll just refund his money. Your support team is the worst,infact.

    Good idea behind product but it still needs ALOT of debugging before it can even be considered for professional use by an installer. Upon registration the website refused to accept my password which clearly met all requirements. After 10 tries it finally accepted. G-Ultra unit also disconnects intermittently from G Remote app and requires a reboot to resync. Not something I can suggest to my customers unfortunately. Overall very unresponsive and buggy system.

    Security is a big issue with this app. Just guessing the admin number grants you access to most features as other have already indicated. Also the app doesn't allow one to sign out... Numbers I've removed from the system can still login an use functionality. Workaround is to probably create another profile and deny access to all functionality. Reason for me buying this devices is defeated before I even use it in live environment

    Excellent app and the functionality is great! I just wanted to find out if there is any plan for the following: Add widget functionality so that on the Android home screen a user can add a widget that respresents one of the buttons/actions in G-REMOTE for a specific location, e.g. “Open Entrance Boom” in the app for “Location A”, to have that specific button for that location as a widget and add it to your phone’s homescreen. Then a user won’t need to constantly open the app for an action.

    App UI and functionality works great. However, it can surely be improved to limit security risks as numbers which are not on the GWEB system can still have App functionality if the OTP is shared with them from the saved number. A single install is required. If a phone is lost or stolen or requires a new install, the administrator of the GWEB system should be able to remove the first installation and allow a new installation. All installations should allow for the administrator to grant access - rather than an automated system, which in theory is a good idea. For security and for this system, a administrator controlled environment would work even better. Could be more secure. I have sent this request through twice and spoken to the guys at Centurion - but the dev request is not getting the priority it deserves.

    I completely agree with Kumashen Moodley. The app must recognise the phone number on installation of the app,by allowing the user to enter a phone number you can install this app on multiple phones with only one administrator controlled number. Currently it will work nicely on your private property but not complexes and estates with multipule users.

    I tried a couple of times but the app didn't download correctly therefore it is lacking necessary functions. It is not working at all and I can't find any assistance online. I will call CenSystems for advice.

    I have been Struggling to get the App to work for over a week. Gate Fix in Durban (Adele) informed me that only administrators can use it, whereas my whole complex has it loaded on their phones. The Developer then contacted me to ask the admin for the app to sort this out. However it is Gate Fix who is paid to do the admin to sort it out. They told me, incorrectly, that only people designated as admin can have permission for the configurations which I need.

    I cant rate at this moment because I cant even get in the app to use it. It keeps on telling me " error in comunication please check your network connection" so I cant receive the otp to log in. Please help!

    Dear all, I stay in a Complex and since the move over we have had numerous instances where the app just does not connect. This happens for many users in the complex simultaneously so its not a phone issue. This is very bad if you leave for the airport or worse come back at night and are stuck at the gate. Perhaps for home use where one has got control over the setup and administration it could be better, but for a Complex I could not recommend.
