While the product itself was good and the delivery and pickup personnel did their jobs well, customer service needs to be improved. Very long hold times, unable to login to Help Center, no one reaches out to you after raising a cancellation request via the Chat function on the app. I had to reach out repeatedly to cancel subscription and get pickup scheduled. Hopefully, I will receive 100% refund on time as promised without having to go through the same process again.

Good quality furniture. No hassles during the installation. Loved the service. One request: Inform your customer support team to be more responsive and committed. Requested for early delivery which was accepted by Customer support team, but not fulfilled. Other than that, everything is fine. Will definitely recommend it to others.

I loved the seemless experience of booking a swap of products to delivery of the new products. The app has improved a lot over time. One suggestion would be to drive logistics as well from within the app so that we don't have to add numbers to contacts & share locations with people over whatsapp. I am sure Furlenco would be able to achieve this soon :)

The pathetic customer support I have ever seen. They will not pickup the call and you will be waiting for your turn for 30 mins and it gets disconnected automatically after that. After 10 requests, I received a call from a support guy but he was clueless for the queries I asked. He promised to call me but I have not received any calls yet. I will definitely request my connection not to go for FURLENCO.

They give second hand faulty products. I rented fridge and washing machine. The door of the fridge dont get closed and washing machine stopped working and its not even a month. Toppings to it the deep freezer is jammed with ice and door is not opening it is also making weird sound. The outer look of the fridge just been covered with some plastic. The washing machine is not getting filled with water and stop working. Also now these people have rescheduled and not picking up their products.

For short time subscription it is good.. furniture quality is not that good because beds made up of engineering wood so there is sound even if turn around best but overall it is good. Pros : all kind of furniture is available at reasonable price Cons :For contacting customer care if you want to return your product is painful. you have to wait in call queue minimum 30 min. i did so many follow ups since last 7 days then only my termination was approved. there is no option of termination in app.

Worst app for furniture renting. Worst customer service ever. Security deposit already deposited 3 days ago. I got issue and calling them from that day but they are not responding.They don't have any customer support. I don't want furniture from them any more, I just want my money back. They never pick call. I don't understand why they take deposit before registering. And registration method is so long, it make you feel like you are fraudster but in actual they fraud. I just want my money back.

Used to be one of the best, I took up there unlimited subscription and have been regretting ever since. Very poor support , must call and reach out to them multiple times to get a product and finally customer support is impossible to reach at certain hours. I have paid for a year and it is almost a month and still haven't received two items.

Pathetic services. First, you charge the security deposit and then after kyc you ask to pay 3 months advance and if it is not pocket friendly then you cancle the subscription without notifying. I tried to call your customer service to get my money back. You say cancellation team will call you in 5 minutes and I never receive any calls. What kind of services you are providing, I don't understand.

I don't know what sort of bug is there which isn't monitored/fixed by your team as the app doesn't even open and sometimes when it opens after an eternity then it isn't loading the products it seems like API's are on a vacation and don't respond to the requested calls:/ . This is very irritating experience , please ask your development team to fix this .
