I dont want to do the nanny bundle, but my app won't let me precede beyond the "please add your phone number to activate membership" When I put 8n my phone number it says it doesn't match the number on the email confirmation. I never received an email confirmation...

None of the buttons work for me.I can't speak through it, access vid/camera, the three bullet dots on the top right, or the back arrow on the top left. They do nothing. In the middle, it keeps telling me to toss a treat and it never goes away so I can't see my puppy as it's in the way. Also, I will turn off some alerts but stilI get them excessively. I have an Android. My boyfriend's iPhone works better with it. I don't know if this app just pairs better with certain phones. Be careful.

It is the coolest little gadget for your pup. It actually does throw treats. *Note, you do have to buy proper sized treats. Chewy does sell the right sizes for it. "HOW to train dog to get Treats" is proved. However, we tried to program it for more than one phone, (ie my husband's) & it then would not work on either of our phones & asked for a monthly subscription. I did not understand why? I would love to keep it. The camera is great. But since there is a monthly fee, I am returning it.

It is pretty rare that this app works as intended. Somehow it can keep track of when my dog is barking but nearly always has trouble connecting to the camera. It was neat for a few months but I've given up on it for a proper indoor camera.

Love it. Amazing product. Both my dogs learned the sound and what it means very quickly. Try to use Zukes they work the best for not too many treats at a time and dont clog it. Ive tried many n they work best. Only issue is now 8 or 9 mos in it wont throw treats. My gf has had hers 4 yrs w no issue. So it could be my Furbo.

App crashes multiple times a day on my Samsung Note9. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, did all of the trouble shooting and it reinstalls and then crashes over and over again.. I have sent feedback several times when it crashes. Incredibly disappointing.
