Here's an idea, don't send prices to clients in emails for salon businesses! And why on earth would you make this feature without notifying us. Every stylist knows that prices are not always determined until AFTER the service. What if you need to mix more color for the service or the client thinks they want a full color but it's actually a full head of babylights? This is extremely frustrating. Prices vary from person to person. Disable this feature. It shouldn't even be an option.

It just does not make sense to not have calendar integration. 😕 Over two years of being requested. Glad I didn't make the leap to far from square. Also silly you can't have the option to confirm appointments. I run my business from home, I don't stay home if I have no clients but always stay near. But I shouldn't have to constantly block time off when I'm out just to be safe.

When it's time to update, it takes a very long time for me to be able to log in again, at least on my phone(logs you out & you're unable to view your schedule). Doesn't give you an option to not update or update later. Multiple attempts at correct sign in information. Had to use an older web browser for it to finally work (& see schedule before the update). It can be slow at times, so clients have to bare with you while on the phone scheduling an appointment. Other than that I like the app.

Excellent in many ways but falls short in many ways too. For the most part, it does everything that I need and the interface is nice. Overall, it's a fantastic booking solution for small business owners but users should take a good look at the pitfalls by referring to the Fresha Community / Help Centre before deciding. It would also be nice to be able to import contacts and transactions from a CSV file from a previously used booking platform when you first set up.

Love the app but it's quite expensive when using Pro I've had to move back to ovatu for that reason which is a shame but they have fixed costs so I can financial forecast better without it getting out if hand

It's a great simple salon app. Would like to be able to do end of day figures to make sure it matches but, it's a free salon software. Can't complain and it's great. Update! We definitely have end of day and week details. You cannot complain about this amazing free booking app
