This app has been a lifesaver for me and my family. See i can not only keep track of my foodstamps but i can also help my mother and sister who live with me in the same app! Then they came out with a debit card/bank account! Talk about an even bigger life saver because now i can track everything in 1 place! And lastly, now theyre giving away $, and i was selected. I didnt believe it was real either but then i got chosen! Use the app!

Definitely worth downloading, However! Updating the status of your ebt balance in this app can sometimes take longer than calling the number on the back of your card. I would've only given 3 stars due to this issue but it deserves 4 because; A: it is very informative of benefits having your ebt qualaifes you for, and B: it has a tab that gives you recommendations towards how you can earn money like surveys, apps, AND jobs you can easily apply for.

The old app was much easier to navigate, easier to find info u wanted or needed. Such as next deposit on due date, this app you can't find a straight answer, you click on 1 thing something else pops up. I used to use this app all month long, really don't bother with it much. My opinion is you should put it back the way it was, everyone Is Not computer literate.

I love this app so I don't have to try to wreck my brain trying to keep up with receipts when I'm out grocery shopping it also let me know how much I'm spending every month it lets me know where I spend the money it also give me a breakdown the app is so convenient especially for some stores and gas stations who like to try to cheat you overcharge you and then want to argue with you like you don't want to stole the money off your own card this app has helped me so much dealing with human beings

I miss the Fresh EBT version. For me, it always worked and accurately showed all my transactions. This new one does not and because it doesn't, I end up having to call anyway. So what good is that for me? Going to give it another month as I am hoping this is just a transitional issue and will be resolved. They sure added a whole bunch of extra stuff I don't even want, but how about fixing the basics -- you know, so I can see an accurate transaction listing with an accurate/matching balance?

10/14: 3 weeks in still broke. Takes 10 minutes to load account then say's their app still not connecting to state database. == Late September update apparently took away the ability to trek deposits & expenses for SNAP. No access to account since 10/01. Says unable to connect to database. Still have no desire to link other benefits linked to this service. This app has gone downhill in recent months!

Not happy with the new 2021 "providers" app! Why cant I see my deposits and the date I got them? I see my balance and that's it. The app is not up to date. Its days behind. Cant you fix this? Please? I can call the 800# 4 my balance anytime but the app benefiets were to provide details on my account but this new app doesn't & it sucks. Thank you

I previously gave this a five-star review until they added a debit card service to this app. This debit card is by far not the cheapest and has fees up the wazoo and also exploits people by insinuating you can use it in place of your EBT card. The card is exploitative and does not benefit poor people instead it makes money off of them and profits off of them instead of giving them a debit card with the least fees which is despicable and disgusting. They also wouldn't close my account! Beware!

I love this app. It makes checking my EBT balance incredibly easy. I love that I no longer have to call to check it because it takes so long. The only complaint I have is where it shows you what day you get your benefits each month, it won't update. It hadn't shown me the past few months. Other than that, the app is great! Super easy to use and I love how it has cupons from different stores you can use right on the app!

This is the worst app that I've ever had! It is so hard for seniors to follow the prompts to get to their balance. You said the changeover would be easy and it is horrible nobody wants that debit card! My daughter and myself for having such a hard time to find her balance and change over to the new providers! You said it would be easy. There is nothing easy about trying to get the new providers app. Especially for the millions of seniors who are not apps Avey you should have made it a lot easier
