4/2019 update leads to no game and only black screen. please fix!! 9/2021 have played for years and enjoy the game. Just switched to new device and lost history and some levels of play. Updates come slowly, but keep me playing. Several frustrations from time to time, butt it's a game.

Ads are a concern, the sound shutting off after ads play, smh. On levels with dropping mud on the wallerbogs you can't even see the bottom row. Be nice if you can fix these issues, some of us that really like this game are really finding difficult to NOT uninstall! Patience is diminishing quickly. Update: Patience lost, uninstalling.

The game itself is extremely addictive there is one major flaw that definitely needs to be sorted out. If you spend on this game it's not guaranteed that you will get your goods but you will definitely be charged for them. I'm owed £15 .

game would be better if you could actually PLAY it, but the developers seem MUCH more interested in having you watch commercials than they are in you enjoying their game, i mean a commercial after EACH level? seriously?

The graphics are off the Richter Scale. Haven't had any ads so far. Gameplay is good. I think there needs to be more of a tutorial in the beginning as to how the different power-ups are made as well as what happens when they are activated. The cost of the boosters you can buy (min of 90 magic) is high considering the most magic u can earn per level is only 6. Need more complimentary boosters also.

I have enjoyed this game for years until the last update coming with lots of ads. For that reason I deleted Frozen free fall and surely Maleficent free fall will follow. I have even already opted playing other games with less ads or optional ads. Fix the ads and i will re download the games. 100%not happy.

Absolutely loved this game, but since the game switched Devs, the ads are to the point, I can't even play the game. It just crashes. And I've ever seen the game have so many glitches/problems before. I've given up, and I am uninstalling it. Permanently. I tried contacting customer service, but they were completely incompetent and unhelpful.
