This app crashes as soon as i click on the "log in" or "sign up" buttons, the only thing I can do is to explore without logging in, which makes the app completely useless. Are the developers of this app going to fix this?

The app does not allow to change password, neither it is able to set a four digit code once a valid password was entered. As soon as the phone loses internet connection, the app resets and I need to enter my login details again. Without a connection it doesn't work at all, so the process of getting lunch is rather comic. Not everyone has the 4G, really. The app might at least not reset login password fields upon the network is absent. If it was a totally free service, I would not complain.

The app showed an ad via a notification, which is unacceptale for me. Sure I can mute them, but in that case I hope the app never actually needs to use notifications, which makes the whole system pointless. Haven't seen the app log me out, so I'm fairly certain that problem is solved. Still, will probably check the app beforehand to avoid any problems if I ever need it. In conclusion, the app works. It has the digital student card. Sure hasn't made me happy using it, though.

If you want an application that shows popup ads, logs you out out of the sudden and you get to pay for all of this. This is your app. Otherwise use the plastic version. It at least doesn't lose your information or show ads at the cash register when you just want to pay your food.

From what worked great, greed and want for money has thrown this app down the drain. Save yourself the aggravating experience and get the card...this app requires a subscription fee and still has the audacity to advertise on your phone. Also if I am paying for an app I expect the information that is crucial for the apps existence to be the FIRST THING I SEE. buy the card...I'm done with this app.

In addition to showing a popup ad literally every time the app is opened, opening first to the ad page instead of to the actual student card and throwing notification ads in addition to all that, the digital student card costs money yearly (3€, but still, one would think that the ad revenue would cover that). Unbelievable.

Lately the performance has been pretty much flawless for me. It used to glitch and force log out few years ago, but I haven't experienced any problems in a long time. Ads are still annoying and hardly ever have anything interesting or useful for me, but I understand that they might be needed

The usefulness purely as a student card is lost behind overtly complicated, spammy content. The "student discounts" are rarely worth anything, with pretty much all partners offering the same, or even better discounts on their site without the student card. This app has logged me out randomly maybe some 20 times, usually in the most inconvenient situations. Definitely would not recommend this app, but unfortunately there is no competition and they can get away with this shabby creation.

Either have ads disappear from subscription model or remove subscriptions and move ads to the second page and student card to first page. No student gives a flying duck about ads, when they're looking to prove their identity, which I believe is supposed to be the main feature of a student card. Also fix the login/logout issues, please!

Aggressive ads both on startup and through push-notifications after paying for a subscription. That is behaviour I expect from free to play games aimed at children, not a subscription service. The app also has an unfortunate tendency to from time to time log me out between uses which is mildly annoying.
