I have an android phone and need to uninstall the app numerous times per day in order to close a service call. I have been told an update is coming out. Cant wait for the new update! Update....06/29/21. Still does not work. Reloading app multiple times a day. Thought a fix was coming??? Update 07/23/21. An update had been completed but in my case only caused additional problems with locking up my phone as well as the original problem of not being able to close calls. They are working on it.

It does have bugs, it won't let you close calls, does not get communication with the network.

Not a very good app . No matter what within a month or less. It won't let you complete calls and you after uninstall and reinstall to fix everytime on Android. Was hoping they could get around to fixing the issue but not very likely

Very glitchy, Calls don't dispatch correctly or arrive correctly. I get a error most of the time when doing end of day report. Errors stating items not in inventory when they are in inventory.
