Litterally won't let me add anything to my cart or wishlist, I tried to log out then log back incand it gives me an error that I can't log back in. I can't actually buy anything, the app and online won't work properly. Also deleted the cart I had made just a few days ago. Clearly they are losing out on TONS of business as all the other ratings from the past 2 months are practically saying the same thing. Is the company even trying to fix it? Do they care??

Used to be my favorite shopping app I don't even know what happened. I used to be great and cheap and one of my favorite places to shop online and in store. Now with the new updates it's come out everything is hard to find. Another thing that's happened since the new update is every single time I come back to my cart after closing the app all of the clothes are gone from my shopping cart. But besides that the clothes are super cheap and love them.

New update is awful. Can't scan barcodes anymore, and anytime I look up the barcode it doesn't show the item even if it is available online. For some reason it logs me out a lot. I used to work at F21 and our customers complained about it too. If you do bring back the barcode searching option, please allow us to add to favorites as well as cart.

Terrible New Update. It lags SOOOO much after some scrolling, which scrolling = shopping, and if I can't shop smoothly, I won't buy anything.. ANGRILY SLOOW. Won't load anything smoothly unless I back out of it a bunch of times. Can't track orders on app, the product picture is so large that it's hard to navigate the reviews and details of the product below. It's just so bad. It makes me not want to shop on here, and I won't shop on here til it gets fixed or goes back to the way it looked before

I really dont understand the point of the app, I cant do anything on it, no wishlist , cant log in...it asks me if I wanna log out but I havnt logged in, the only way I can shop my wish list is thru my email & then if I hafta return sumthing the email order numbers r diff from the app order numbers...very very frustrating

Worse update ever, i don't know why forever 21 decided to update the app. But now it runs slow, you can't see anything thats going on. An for some reason its so much harder to put things in your wishlist! You can even have to click the merchandise to see if it sold out or not. This is a bit ridiculous. The old app was fine as it was. Its already bad enough when you log out of forever 21 and go to their actual website ALL OF YOUR WISHLIST DISAPPEARS

This latest update is awful, you cannot track your orders ( or see items ordered), items you put in your cart disappear, you cannot pay with gift cards, etc How can they fix a bug, ruin everything else. The website is even worse ( so slow), at least the App was efficient before this update. In addition the assistance chat is no longer available, please fix this ASAP! Otherwise dont bother downloading, or ordering online, not worth the headache!

Update is terrible. Barcode scanning feature completely gone. Bring this back please; it is very helpful for finding sizes online that are sold out in store, and for finding matching tops/bottoms. I also like to see how an item looks on the model. The 'add to waitlist' feature is gone in this version. The pop up bolt cart screen does not show which items are final sale. The old app was SO MUCH BETTER. This version is unshoppable.

This update is the worst. You can't see what's on sale or not until checkout, the images are so large that you can't see any item details, and (among many other issues) I have been waiting on a package for over 3 weeks with ZERO tracking Information! I will be deleting this app and never ordering again as soon as my package arrives...if ever

I loved the app so much. But this new update that changed the layout and order tracking list. I HATE it so much. I was really fine with the last layout. Easy to manage. This new CHANGE...I wish I could have the option to use the old or "basic" version of the app.
