    I would not recommend it as it the app has many bugs. You can't put up a complaint , you can't can't change the address with you verifying on the physical location. The payment portal usually hangs when you are paying from a card . Furthermore the customer doesn't get what he/she had ordered, usually the order doesn't match up with specifications of the meal available of the vendor menu list.

    Overall, pretty terrible service. Drivers get lost all the time. Even when it does arrive you had better hope that you're not the second or third drop-off because your food will definitely be cold by then. You can tell that it's happening when the app doesn't show you a map on your order. If it did you would see your driver going all around town with your food. TukOut is far better in Cambodia. They have properly trained staff and accept ABA Pay.

    Very reliable to me. Saved me during quarantine. Hope they can show the Payment Method details on the preview after the order was placed. Because sometimes I am trying to remember if it was Cash or my credit card I selected as Payment method after I already placed the order. The preview of the submitted order does not show that information, but it would really be a big help if they show that soon.

    There is no way to feedback and getting help in the app, so I'm here. Estimated time is totally no reliable, it told 30 minutes at the beginning, after 40 minutes of waiting, it's showing 45 minutes now. It's just keep increasing, and you can do nothing but wait, and not knowing whether it will get cancel at the end for any reason, and foodpanda won't bother how customer feel, because we already paid, and there's not much delivery competitor here.

    Why does this app getting harder to use day by day? I prefer the old interface back. This new enhancement is not really user friendly. Especially the payment screen right after we perform payment. It ask us to print. Im on mobile so i save the receipt but after that? Still on the same print screen. So i pressed the X button to which i cant find my order anywhere. Not even in Order tab. I have to open the website to finally able to track it down. Please fix this. Thank you.

    1) the estimated time is not reliable.. 2) please disable the auto translate thing.. its very inconvenient.. 3) please show what payment method was used for an order, sometimes i need to check back in case i chose cash.. or at least show a prompt, "confirm make payment with this card ****" good update: the location address setting has been improved so good job on that

    Very good app for online food deliveries, even though it's not have many stores available but this is really good in my home location. And as a newbie to this, its amazing I've got 3 discount vouchers, very kind. Some has no delivery fees. Hehe Thank you! I hope your services will get better day by day.

    I tried to pay buy using Citi Bank credit card, but the payment page kept loading and loading, when I restart the app and try to pay again same thing. I can't use the voucher anymore because it apparently used alr. Which doesn't make sense because I didn't even make payment yet. Terrible service, I could have saved 8 dollars.

    Edited from 4 ⭐: At first, it was working fine. It's a great help specially during the pandemic that we can have good food while staying at home. But after a couple of updates, the app keeps on crashing! The filter tab is no use since it's not doing its job! Also, I hope that there is an option to cancel an order if it's taking forever to arrive so that customers don't have to wait more longer and have another order on a different restaurant. For now, this app is a trash! Please take action!

    Pretty good app but has 3 big flaws. 1. There is no way to leave a review for a restaurant once you've closed the first review pop-up. 2. When you first start the app it shows a bunch of restaurants that are included in the daily promotion. If you close this window there is no way to find this promotion and that list of restaurants again. 3. Can't open the map to get a better overview of where the driver is (like in Grab Food)

    Edit 10/07/20: 3 stars, worst update... . Everything is good except for their search result. I hope they can improve that. How to? Example, if I search a restaurant, top result should be the restaurant itself whether it is open or not. Make another Category for suggested restaurants. What is happening right now is when I search for the restaurant, sometimes the result I'm looking for is in the 2nd or 3rd column, or if closed, it is in the last part, after browsing all their suggested resto.

    The experience was superb and the service was good. There's only one thing that I've experienced so far. Is that when you purchase an item and paid thru online transaction. It was not automatically reverted back to your account. I hope this will really help because it's quite a hassle trusting that my money will be back and won't have to go to some process just to claim my refund. I hope this will be enhanced more especially if your account was automatically linked to your account.

    The UI is not very friendly. Cannot even redeem a voucher because it has no option of it on the check out. It also has a lots of bugs. Like when you try to order and the cart was nowhere to be found - next thing you knew the order was doubled. Improve more.

    I'm surprised that this app has a 4 at the start. It should easily be a 1 star for the worst way to send feedback. Because there isn't a way to! The bank authentication always fails, and I have to manually key in an OTP. And since I can't send feedback within the app, it is here. Good job whoever the developers are. Clearly they do not care about feedback.

    Very very poor search function. When we search for a particular restaurant, that restaurant will only appear at the top of it is OPEN; if that restaurant is CLOSED for now, we have to scroll all the way down and will only find it in the "order for later" section. Makes searching and placing ADVANCE order extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Hate it!

    Not as good as other options in other countries (I'm in Cambodia), but not too bad. Needs an option to save favourites rather than having to browse each time, and would be good to have more info/pictures on the dishes, but I still use this regularly as I can get since good options delivered.

    With the ECQ, Foodpanda made it easier and convenient to order from different food chains, stores, and restaurants. I am really glad there is an in-app chat support already. Here are my suggestions: 1) Provide photos on each item in the menu (it stirs cravings lol); 2) More options to order food; 3) The app's "Contact Rider" chat is set to English so when I first used it in Filipino to communicate with the rider, it's translation came out silly and awkward; 4) Improve the in-app chat support.

    Sept 26: You have great restos but the app is just bad. Now I can't reply to the rider sometimes they end up disturbing the entire neighbood just to find me. Sept 4: Ever since the last update the app has been very slow and disconnects a lot. Also I can no longer toggle between English and my original message in Tagalog. The app translates sinigang na bangus as bangus porridge and it doesn't show my original message in Tagalog.

    Once an email is used for signing up in a device, you can't use the same email to sign up in another device anymore, which is quite a troublesome for me, because me and my family shared an email together. We had to create a new email address just to make orders.

    you get one star because your system is faulty. here's the story, I put in my card information and ready to checkout my order. the transaction keeps failing so I try it a few times and eventually checkout with pay by cash option. then, I found out I have 3 active orders (2 from card payment and 1 from cash payment) and your software does not have a CANCEL order option. no online customer service to back me up. please consider to include the cancel order feature and fix your card payment method

    Totally disappointed to this apps. Although the delivery fee is cheaper than other brands and a lot of promotion code for user to redeem, but the apps is not user friendly...Besides, the estimated time arrived cannot be reliable! It would be added the time longer and longer. The longer record that i waited was more than one hour and without any notice.......

    I understand that you need to update your app everynow and then but I don't particularly approve that the app have to be updated twice or thrice in a month. Everytime I open the app, it often ask to update in which to me is borderline disturbing.

    For the love of God do not install this app. It gives wrong notifications, crashes all the time and takes ages to load pages, it's awful. When I search for a restaurant it just gives me irrelevant results instead of the restaurant I'm searching for and the consumer service is the least helpful thing I have ever experienced.

    The app has gotten better now. There are times, however, when it would still crash. It has improved a lot, though. Another thing is the search function. It gives me 5-10 restaurants instead of just the one I'm looking for. Sometimes, it would show the irrelevant search results first on the list, which I don't understand.

    If there was a possibility to rate a negative I would. Horrible experience for foreigners that speaks English with locals. Never understand. The app itself is annoying Pop ups, confusing and can't even search with words like gluten free. There is only a handful of apps that provide this service, sometimes you are forced to use even though you can't let out your frustration for food panda.

    Inconsistent...the shop sometimes was on the list sometimes not...of closed..can be understand but not on the list without any reason that absolutely can't be online payment was very confusing...and went order was cancel and already pay..there wasn't have a tracker on it...doesn't no it was returned back or no....just quiet without news..and it take long time to return even shopping online not that long to return buyer money...😒😒

    This app is good and all but there is a problems most peoples addresses don't show in the map and the riders can't find their homes even if they try to pin their location the riders still can't find there homes the solution to this problem could be that they make address type method in which the people could type there address instead of finding it in the map .

    Delivery fee is lower but the app are totally not user friendly, 1. no 'remark/other request' column for user to customise their food or request for sauce etc. 2. the list of restaurant appear are not consistent, it will disappear next minute when you browsing for other option 3. no photo and description listed for food, photos uploaded are wrong, mislead photo (eg. photo for fried noodles are all same for all listing) which mislead the customer on the exact look for specific restaurant food

    The website is great but the management team doesn't really care about customer satisfaction. Accounts are such a hassle, you can't have more than one account on a phone number, and they don't let you delete your account from the app, you have to email them, and they rarely respond.

    I really really like this, for being budget friendly and low delivery fee. But that was before, now they offer the same delivery fee, and the worst of it all the app is taking too long to load, and the delivery time is about 30mins to 1hour, like who would like to wait for that long?!!!

    Searching tab isn't a big help. It won't give you the exact result when you searched for a specific restaurant. Can this be fix? Also, when you messaged the rider, it won't let you see the original message in Tagalog. The exchange of messages are translated in English and the translation is not good.

    Its okay, however, I've noticed that there are stores within 5km area being tagged as outside of delivery area yet there are stores that are outside of the 5km that are showing. There are also instances that stores are missing. Like I've previously ordered from that store and now its missing on the list of stores where I can order. So I hope they fix this soon.

    Everything is fine. Smooth browsing across the menu. Quick in handling problems. Kudos to cust service officers. But 3 stars for the past order page. When I forgot what I just bought, esp from the big franchise such as KFC, I cannot view the order I made, I mean you could state what order it was, not only the title of the order. It was troublesome esp when the staff once messed up my order in the past and now I cannot check it.

    It's good but after an update or something it started to automatically translate Filipino to weird English and same goes to the driver. Today, the driver chatted me "I have" several times. I still don't know what they wanted to say. And I replied to the driver, "pababa na po" and it was translated to "say po". It's so awkward and we both cannot understand what we want to say so please remove this update.

    Buggy at times....brilliant on others... the ETA feature shouldn't be trusted as it seems to change randomly on odd place order time to arrive is 20 minutes you get to 09 minutes and it you message order is late....then rider calls you with order.... Some restaurants don't show properly...need restart app multiple times on occasions...same order shows different delivery charges sometimes...... While on good days everything is up to the mark..

    Friendly interface and easy to navigate through. Still need some improvement in notifying customer when item aren't available anymore. Had some problem with cancellation luckily the customer service understood the problem and refunded.

    The automatic english translation sucks. Kindly fix it. Just put an option if the rider or the customer wanted to have their message translated. Kindly remove the automatic translation. But nevertheless the app is great. It just really bothers me, that I wanted to talk in tagalog but it's automatically translated.

They should also have a cancel option within a minutes or 30 seconds from ordering so buyers have options.

    It would helpful if there is a pop out that first confirm the orders before proceeding. Sometimes, I would accidentally click the confirm button and it really is troublesome to cancel the order because accidentally clicking confirm button. Overall, the app is smooth and have a good interface.

    1. The interface is not user-friendly, the overall view is so messy. 2. After making the payment, the page took ages to load, it just kept loading and loading, I went back and make payment again, only then only realised the first order already confirmed (without receiving any notification), so I ended up ordered twice without any options to cancel the order. The live chat response was slow, they only replied on the next day.

    Absolute rubbish. Kept receiving notification that payment has failed, and when I attempted to pay again and it was successful, I later found out that the failed payment was indeed successful and I had duplicate orders. Double charged for food I don't need. The items in the cart vs. Item when you checkout is different too. The worst experoce ever. No live customer support either. My first and last time with foodpanda. Doesn't even deserve even a single star!

    This apps doesn't have a refund button, the apps doesn't show whether the payment has gone thru if OTC didn't go thru, then when we proceed with another payment, how to know actually the order went thru, and the same order repeated twice. It's happened many times to many people. Really lousy, lousy. No feedback or complaint option in the apps as well.

    No channel to contact in app, even on website main page there is only building addresses no contact number/email stated. How to easily filed complaints/report app bug or glitch?? There is multiple blank page of restaurants menu currently on the app. Please fix asap or you will lose a customer here soon.

    One of the easiest and stable apps I've used even when I'm outside Metro Manila. Food Panda never failed me so far in two years of consistent use. Plus their riders are the best. Though, I suggest to put photos of the food especially for foreign dishes consumers want to try (e.g. Indian, Miditarreanan, etc).

    The app was getting better, compared to last time I've used. Just that, penalty should be done to shops that doing a last minute cancellation. I prefer it to have a permanent notification showing current progress of my order, instead of constantly checking by leaving the Foodpanda app opened.

    I really like FoodPanda but the app has way too many flaws 1) No option to leave a review without prompt 2) Inadequate number of restaurant reviews can be viewed 3) Too many totally irrelevant search results 4) Translates chat messages automatically, ridiculously and incorrectly 5) Order history doesn't have all the information of the order 6) At times, even when the order hasn't arrived yet, the order is tagged as received

    The service is fine. I just wish they have more restaurant options for customers to choose from. Edit: They now have more store options around my area, which is great. It goes to show that they listen and adjust based on their customers' reviews. My only issue is the current map the app is using. Even if I make sure to place the pin on my exact location, for some reason, the drivers still can't find my address because the pin's accurate location isn't shown during the actual delivery.

And if I click on the description, it automatically add into my chart. I would expect it show me a picture of the food and description below. How can I order without knowing what it is.

    Since the last update, I realised that if we make changes to certain items in the cart and click update, it will switch to delivery / order placed screen immediately. I did not have a chance to validate the cart. Will have to request cancellation quickly each time. Stressing.

    Good selection of nearby sellers but the app make it too easy for accidentally submit your order as they skip the order verification process altogether.     It sometimes show discount rates upto 70% but when you look into resturant's menus, it's hardly one or two deals with almost no discount. Then app is a little complicated and I would describe that with an inability to access chat support with an ease.

My profile already has that info and when I checkout it still asks for these details. It won't accept my number because there is already another account with the same number therefore I cannot proceed to place order.     The items in a restaurant are not clickable anymore. There are descriptions of foods/clickable that are cut out by "...". Make the items clickable again so when people want to try out a new restaurant, they'll be able to see the full description of the foods/drinks.

    What I think Foodpanda should improve is their messaging option between the rider and the customer. It is so hard to manage messages. There are a lot of complications. You cannot message the rider right away because there is always an error in the messages. Also, the rider always doesn't have enough money for change :( Sure, cashless is better, but sometimes you cannot help paying cash. I hope Foodpanda will improve these concerns. ❤️

    Before placing an order delivery time will say 20mins or 15 mins. But after placing the order time changes to 50 mins? And the auto translate on the new update really sucks. Very wrong translations. Its irritating actually. U should have just removed it from the app. Since our riders are from the philippines as well. What, you expect our riders to be coming from a different country that our messages should be translated? And there should at least be an option to rate the rider

    Nice app to use but unfortunately your delivery system is abit lousy. The order estimation time is untimely or inaccurate. The app showed preparing meal but after a few minutes the delivery guy called and said he already reached my destination. The meal preparation time and estimation time are also out. It can suddenly jump from 10 minutes to 23 minutes and then to 5 minutes. Kindly fix it.

    It's hard to search and add location, some pins are not accepted and prompting a missing street number? Doesnt explain what is that. Before the pin and address are totally in different location which should not be accepted in the first place.I had to call riders just to explain where is our house.

    The location of the driver for the last 5 minutes isn't accurate and half the time they have arrived before it shows them near. Also the app isn't very reactive when scrolling through menus or restaurants and sometimes refreshes as you scroll. Annoying. With the money you are earning from big delivery fees this should be better.

    I had 2 bad experienced with this app that giving 1 star is too much. 1st, I was credited for 6$ for my order that was canceled (The restaurant canceled it). I contacted my bank & was informed that they didn't see any cancelation made by the merchant. Hence, there's no resolution as they claimed my payment didn't go through in the first place. So the ending I paid the 6$ in my credit card. 2nd, voucher isn't working after doing all the troubleshooting. 3rd, they have the worst customer service.

    The app was nice. The only problem I experienced was the chatbox itself. For instance, I had some last minute request to my rider and the chatbox did auto translate all my instructions to English and it made a confusion to both of us, since it was not translated correctly.

    It really works perfectly for its intended use but it's lacking one factor. They can't control their riders since Panda App doesn't include a platform where customers could rate them, the riders are free to be disrespectful, always in a rush, etc. I'm not saying that all Panda riders are not diligent but in my experience, I have encountered a lot of them who were. That's why I treat it a luck when the rider is kind which shouldn't be the case. It's part of their job! They're being paid for it 😑

    The thing that I dislike the most is that they bought off a local competitor: HipMenu. No problem in that, but now the HipMenu app is redirecting you directly to the foodpanda app. And now my problem: HipMenu had group orders where any participant could pay off their part of the order however they pleased, and usually the order came labeled for all the participants to know what box is theirs. Now foodpanda doesn't support that anymore, although they said that we won't lose anything...

    The service has been terrible lately. I have been trying to get assistance about my concerns for days now and all i get is "someone will call you in 30 mins". And here i am waiting for almost 24 hrs for that call back. No one seems to know what the status of your reported issue is. They just right away escalate the call when it's not neccessary. Very quick to auto debit the account but takes days to do refund.

    The premise of the app is good, and the deliveries are fast. But, I've had multiple problems with the address of the delivery. The pin is always on the wrong street and it won't accept the address that I put in. The drivers had to call me because the pin is not where my actual address is (which I typed in manually). It's a major inconvenience for the drivers which is not fair to them because they're just doing their jobs.

    It would be nice if the customer knows what payment method he/she selected after placing the order. There are some cases where some people accidentally place the order without selecting the payment method. For now I'l give it 3 stars I might change it if I see some new features added.
