    Horrible app!! Most of the times it won't load. And sometimes if you are lucky enough to see few offers, you either won't be able to avail them because while making payment it will show the restaurant is closed (in that case they should not display it in the list) or they will charge you money but your order won't get confirmed. You even won't receive refund. No proper support from the customer care as well. Not at all expected Foodpanda.

    Loved the app once upon a time. But now, it mandates login with an ola account. Guess what? I don't have an ola account, and guess what? I don't want to have one either! So, guess what? I'm leaving foodpanda. There's a lot of other apps who provide convenience. And I've already switched to them. And for the hotels I liked here, but not available on others, I got the phone numbers from Google Maps. Yayyy

    This app is not at all in sync with the restaurants it shows, When the restaurant is sold out this app still shows the item/s as available and takes money from you if you have paid via online transaction and then after a half and hour or more waiting you are told that your order cannot be completed. And what's more ridiculous is they say they will refund your money in 3 to 4 days, waiting on that refund, to see if I really get my money back in such a small time or even that process cannot be completed. Would not recommend this app other apps are a lot better. But for some reason you want to go ahead and use it, here is one tip/advice, call the restaurant that you are ordering from check if they have the item that you want and then order it from this app.

    App freezes for a min for every click inside, coupons they give which come on notifications, it won't work, can't place any order. Showing as error. And imapp support, it doesn't work. If you go for livechat, that also doesn't work. And the service they provide is pethatic. If you mail them, you get reply after 2/3 days. Which will be something irrelevant. And after that, you won't hear from foodpanda. Ever.

    This app and the service sucks. There's a bug in the app, it doesn't let you send messages after a while. You'll keep pressing the send button, but nothing will happen. The service sucks big time. It's too slow. Once in a blue moon they'll reply to your query. Other than that there's no reply at all. It feels like you're just talking to yourself.

    The application is incomplete and it lacks! The order gets placed and if not confirmed by the restaurant it gets cancelled automatically but the refund amount is never sent to your account!!! The customer care support only claims that they'll look into the matter but they do not bother or get back to you! It's been more than a month and I haven't received my refund yet! They did this with the second order too! How can you charge your customers and not refund the amount?!

    Their chat support doesn't work most of the time. You have to wait for long durations and still no support. Also the chat window doesn't run in background as it should. Many times the order gets placed but then there will be no further update about order and after 1-2 hrs, it will show the order got cancelled. It happened 3 times with me. However, I reported the same to foodpanda on Facebook. Thanks for the prompt response and apologies

    Worst experience ever. My account has been blocked since past 1 month without any justification. You guys have just told unfair usage. What unfair use? What misuse has been done ? I have never received any feedback regarding what the issue was. I tried contacting all food panda support everyone is telling the same thing. I want an answer what is the reason behind this ? I have ordered foods worth thousands from Foodpanda and this is the kind of response I'm receiving from you guys. To all my fellow friends reading this review don't trust these people they just want to make money. They aren't loyal to their own customers who have been there for them for the past 2-3 years.     SUCKS! IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME. It crashes whenever I try to order something, doesn't accept cards saying "this card is not valid for this offer" doesn't accept COD saying, "this offer is not available for cash on delivery" and then suddenly, every restaurant in the area gets closed! I have tried to order 4times in total, and it SUCKS.

    First of all unable to find any good item. Then when after spending nice amount of time you find one, click on checkout, they ask for address 90% of the time, even if there is one already saved. Even after keeping patience (which now a day no one has), you fill all, and choose the payment mode, that time is says, RESTAURANT IS CLOSED... Seriously!!! These are few the times when slangs comes out straight from heart...

    Me and my friends are having lots of problem using this app. The location it detects is not exactly my area. Even if am entering my address properly,it's location is different and the restaurant list s not the right one for my area.Becauses the restaurants are cancelling our orders. And the response from the support team is bad, since reponse to the online chat option is taking too long. I have lost money and I didn't get the food and there is no response,even after I mentioned in the app tat I didn't get the delivery.

    Initial days app were working fine. Later it show notifications that you have ... Coupon or .. coupon. When I apply it show you don't have any coupon and now it show my account is blocked, don't know why. I just reinstall just to check it is taking coupon that it sent on my mobile number. And many times order just confirm but never deliver. I think it is a scam. Just recommend to whom have confidence about their luck else forget it .

    Horrible app with a lot of bugs. Whenever I apply a promocode and proceed to place the order, it will either show 'restaurant is closed', or it will show an error or the order will be placed and it won't be delivered at all and they won't refund the money either. Their customer care is the worst I have ever seen where they make us wait for an hour before we can start chatting with them

    If you are looking for good offers in this app, trust me you'll be highly disappointed. I don't know why this app even exists. It does everything wrong. Provides unrealistic offers and cancels the order. From ordering to the payment procedure, everything is a pain. Even the address selection process is horrible too. Very limited number of restaurants and Foodpanda ratings of those restuarants are not that considerable.

    The app hangs quite frequently. If you r chatting to a customer care executive, do keep screen shots of previous chat as after every five minute the window freezes n refreshes and reset the chat. All history gone and then you need to again initiate conversation with some other executive and brief complete case again. Customer care executive cannot even pickup order code; they ask you to provide. Surety on pickup riders is also not there. If they assign to a rider he still can choose not to go to pickup from a restaurant. But by then you can not cancel the order and ask for refund. Would have given half 🌟.

    After sale support is very bad. I accidentally changed my number as I didn't knew I will never be able to change it back. Now my account have wrong number in it. Customer care says due to upgraded system I cannot change my number more than once. You should have put a disclaimer or something. Now I cannot use my account due to that wrong number which is not mine. I cannot even register again with my actual number as it is already been registered. Care representative suggested to use a number which is not registered yet. Should I really need to buy a new sim card to use this Application?

    This app is a real disappointment and also a big waste if time. The support of the app is very annoying.. they do not resolve the issues on time and at times don't resolve them at all. Orders are frequently very late and often cancelled. They show alot of offers but those offers are actually not applicable. My account was deactivated for no reason and I'm not able to know even why!A big disappointment!!! Very frustrating... There isn't an option of 0 star otherwise I'd have actually given a zero rating.

    Just one question. Why does the app "force opens" immediately after the update?? Don't need that. What is it, a fraud? You guys give offers and when we try to make payment it says "Restaurant closed" or "Something went wrong". It just doesn't accept the order. Even if the order is placed and payment is made you guys call after an hour or so saying that the restaurant is closed or it is not accepting orders. Arre bhookh Mar jaati hai yaar itni der me. I've had the worst experience from a month or so.

    Worst app ever. Signed up for the first time but could not get the first time signup benefits. I saw a promotion going on that said get desserts at 9. It also had some recommendations below that. so I choose from one of those and when I apply the coupon, it says that the restaurant does not accept voucher Nine. I could not even use the voucher get 50% off on your first three orders. You are not giving customers the benefits they're eligible for. don't use this app not at all recommended.

    Pathetic customer service. While editing my mobile number, I entered a wrong number by mistake and I tried to correct it but apparently I cannot change it back before 6 months. There was no verification of the contact number while updating it bcoz of which I didn't notice the mistake. Now the app is useless to me for 6 months. The customer support didn't help at all in resolution and left the chat in between. Uninstalling it.

    1. Instead of showing a massive list of all restaurants that are unserviceable, can't you guys show the active restaurants at the top. Also, there's no sorting or filtering options for the same. There are times when all restaurants in the list are unserviceable. Can't be true. 2. Edit. The restaurants are open but the app says we can't process order with this restaurant, please try another restaurant. You guys have lost the battle of Food Delivery Apps.

    So many bugs in the app. It never detects my location even with gps on. I keep getting messages of their offers but whenever you try to apply their coupon code, it is either invalid or expired or I'm not allowed to use any code. Even after selecting veg only, the list continues to display non-veg options. So many such issues. My friend didn't even receive her order, the money got deducted and the delivery boy marked it as delivered. On calling the boy, he said that they were protesting for not receiving salary and hence he drank it himself. In complaining to the support chat there was no response. Pathetic app and disastrous service.

    This app was good. Really I hate it now. I added items to my cart and go for payment it showed "Restautrent is closed". Again I restarted the app, was able to see the same restaurent again. I thought to try again. So I did the same. Same thing happened again. Lot of bugs there in the app. Some time it shows 25 restaurents, sometimes 8, sometimes 116 restaurents available after restarting the app again and again. So you wont know if the restaurent is open untill you go to payment page.

    I just realised that something as trivial as the correctionof name and email address is a highly impossible task. I am redirected to ola app to update my profile. But the Ola app has all the details correct. So whatsoever, i have no choice to update my details. In this new age where data is the currency, Foodpanda seems less than interested to update my data... This proves that food panda is a total screw up....

    it almost always says "some error has occurred". sometimes when you have placed the order, the restaurant calls you up saying the food that you have order is not available. when asked why, they say the app is faulty. the offers may look attractive, but this app really has to cope up with its competition.

    Pathetic App, There is no way to contact customer support no phone number, no live chat support, nothing. 1. They keep sending promotion SMS with coupon codes to enjoy craving offers, these offers are all fake, not one coupon code work's I have tried several times, you get the message "sorry you don't have any coupon codes". 2. They don't give you the wallet payment options for all orders - I wanted to pay with PhonePe as there was a cashback offer but it didn't show up in the payment options and mind you the app is fully updated. If the restaurant is offering 50% discount then you wont have the wallet option that gives you cashback. NO coupon code will ever work. 3. There is no Cash on delivery option available, you only have to make pre payment and suffer because food may not come and no customer care. 4. If you don't improve there's no way you can sustain in this market with Swiggy and Zomato. Please rather shut shop and avoid adverse impact on brand OLA. No option but to uninstall.

    The app is horrible. Most of the time at the time of payment, the app will pop a message the restaurant is closed which could have been showed earlier to stop users from wasting time. Moreover the chat support is simply horrible. For one of my order I tried contacting them for almost an hour which was absolutely futile. After a minute or two I cannot even post any message.

    See initially the app was responsive , slowly none of the coupons seem to be working .. sadly around twice despite paying the full amount ,after waiting for 2 hrs , my order was cancelled and support at that time was worst ,and the latest insanity is ,whatever coupon I apply , I'm being told that my account is banned and I can't apply any coupons .. and none of the executives have replied yet .. don't go by the petty offers .they are just fooling around .

    Would've given it five stars but had a very annoying experience recently. I tried to change my phone number but couldn't, so I did not retry. But while placing an order it again and again sent me a verification on the number I wanted to replace. And I was unable to verify any of my numbers and couldn't place an order. I've been an old customer of Foodpanda but my primary mobile number was left in a loop and blocked in this verifying process that was a bug in the app.

    This is the worst app I have used till date. It does not allow you to use promo codes when it offers them to you, saying, your account is banned, and not clarifying what that means. It does not even provide you with the means to ascertain the meaning of what it states. And then it does not let you apply the codes. Using this app made me feel cheated and i definitely would recommend everyone who faces this problem, to not use this app as it would simply waste your time and efforts. I just hate this app.

    Worst app ever in terms of coupon utilization. The app will send a notification for a new promo code, that never gets applied. The error reads "you don't have any coupons". Why the hell did you send a notification then, if u didn't want us to use it!!! Possibly a bug, I'll send some screenshots, Just let me know.

    The offers in the app are great but the app is not good to use more improvement needed, it has lot of bugs. Try to update the app. . . For me the delivery address is not getting updated correctly. Delivery location is showing wrong after the payment is completed. Next try to improve the customer support as I don't get any response from your customers support chat. Finally refund my money back ASAP don't wasted user time

    The app is not up to the mark. Multiple issues 1. I wasn't able to find customer care number 2. Customer care number shared in Google is often switched off 3. Chat support is never reachable 4. Delivery person details are not shared till the time parcel is not picked up. 5. Even if the parcel is late, there is no option to cancel the order. This results is loss of money 6. There is no validation on whether the order was delivered 7. Delivered food items are far different than the picture displayed (not matching even 50%)

    I am done with this app. My last four consecutive orders have been cancelled due to app glitches or riders delivering to wrong address. Glitchy as hell, this is an unreliable food service. Customer service only chat is available which is also a glitchy chat interface. It takes a long time to connect with someone and if you click back accidentally you lose the chat and have to wait for a long time again before you connect with someone else. Swiggy is better.

    Payment always fails and you can't use the coupon code. Ordered an item from this app, used the coupon code, transaction failed, tried to reorder and coupon won't work because according to the app I have used it once and can't be used again. RIDICULOUS I don't have the energy to chat again and see payment failure so I'll rather use some other food app to order food and sleep peacefully

    Using the app was sheer wastage of time. Bad experience. Tried to avail a offer which didn't work. On my phone it said 'the restaurant is closed' and on my friend's app, it said 'the order can't be placed' The offer was not working.     The app is developed so that the users test the app for its functionality. This is a bugful app. What's with showing the restaurant as closed after ordering? Also, apart from Domino's and KFC, no other restaurants available? Half the time, the payment gateway never works. Totally it's not even 10 percent of what Swiggy is.

    The application's 1. Payment service sucks big time. Everytime your payment fails with any promotion applied, and if you try paying again with code, it won't accept it. After that you have to chat with support, requesting them to review order, then they cancel your order and again you can apply it. 2. Delivery status : I placed an order, waited waited waited to get the status changed, I did not receive my order, nor it was cancelled and still it said delivered. No chat support as well. Wasted couple of hours in this with the hope to receive my order. Most importantly they don't even know there is such an error. Uninstalled the app right at the moment after such pathetic service.

My all roommates gets awesome discounts but I didn't get any of them. It's an worst app ever . Swigy is lot better than this...     This is the first time I used it, so I made a small order, just a cookie. The order never even arrived, the chat support sent a couple of copy-paste placatory answers, and then I wasn't even able to send any more messages beyond that. I had already paid for the food, so they apparently assumed that they don't need to deliver since they have the money already. Horrible, I'm deleting the app instantly and telling my friends to use something else as well. Blatant cheats.

    Worst food delivery app ever. When I try to use my number from one account it says number is already associated with another account and when I try to update the number from the associated account, it says if I have a new number then I can open a new account. Also you have no way to reach out to the customer care representatives. All nonsense questions are there in the support section. Horrible app. Do not use. Go to hotel and eat but don't use this app.

This is the worst app update ever. 1) Even though there are some great offers listed, they are either not applicable or valid. 2) After clicking on ADD, so many times the content just doesn't load, hence unable to view the QUANTITY slide. Doesn't load. Have to restart the app and try again. Why can't there be simple clicks.     Poorly customisation of the app. Does not provide anywhere near to good customer assistance. Especially when it comes to Chat Support. Chat support goes directly to the programmed robot or computer with predefined replies and after sending 2-3 msgs there's no option available to send any further msg. Also the chat support box vanishes automatically which typically means explaining the entire issue to the new customer executive.

If we are paying with any wallets like phonepe or paytm it doesn't allow us to login with the wallet number we desire. We have to login with the same number which we used to login to the app And it shows that "don't worry if you don't have one we will create new one" What rubbish is this? Support team says we cannot help you in this. Even they said they have refunded, when I asked for transaction I'd they did not reply. Uber eats is better than this atleast they refund it. Even these guys don't have support number, I asked for customer care number, but again they didn't replied . Running a fraud company.... wants to cheat customer.

    Everything about the app is fine. But there are some issues. Sometimes after applying coupon code and placing an order, restaurants do not accept orders. We customers will be kept awaited for long long hours awaited. Finally we get a message showing order is cancelled. Another issues is, even if order is accepted, delivery executive will not be assigned. Again the same issue, long time wait and finally order cancel. I have starved many times because of these issues.

    Bad app with lot of bugs.. Uninstalling it right away. 1) coupon codes dont work in the window (either shows expired / invalid) 2) After making me wait for over an hour, the delivery gets cancelled.. This has happened to me twice. 3) Lately, I am not even able to checkout for payment.. Not even accepting COD. Error Shown : there is error linking your account. Put the promotion money into fixing your bugs and then promote your app. Regards Frustrated User.

    They take your money and never deliver your order. In app chat support does not reply anything else then "Let me quickly check and resolve this for you". After this they will delete your chat and start over a new conversation. Also don't expect any positive reply from mail support. Best solution is to file a consumer court complaint against them, it would only cost you a Rs10 form. I'm filling pretty soon for my order no. w0km-n9pe dated 28 Sept.

    Foodpanda shows that it cannot handle the traffic coming on its app. It definitely lacks the proper functioning.The deals are not valid at any given point of time, says we will be back soon. The restaurant listed in discount bracket are always closed after 9 pm which shows that they don't want to give any discount but just display discount. It's competitors are doing really good. Swiggy disables the restaurant automatically if it is closed. @foodpanda team you really have to work or close the app. Really doing very bad. And one of the worst App. Please change your design.

    It's an app where you can go to waste your time. I had stopped using it because of the lack of options. Due to the surge in the discounts they provide, I recently tried to start again. I have been trying to place an order her for the last 3 days now. Each time I see fantastic offers, however the orders never go through. They take the money and then say that the order was returned. I'd have believed it to be the restaurant's fault, but then immediately after, I was able to order the same thing in Swiggy and it was delivered. Then it says that it takes 4 hours for the refund to wallets but they won't do it unless you chat or call them at least twice to remind them of it. Not an app you'd want to use unless you just like to look at offers and not avail them.

Most of the time order get cancelled and about the refund u can forget it will take like year. They don't have customer care to response to your query very bad service received.     Hey, I will tell you about my experience. First let's talk about app UI experience, it's not at all user friendly, confusing and ease of use is also not that good. The restaurants you have tie up is also not that much(You only show 3 restaurants in my area, that is 70% lower than your competitors) on top of that you don't allow order below specific amount ( Apply base charge no worries but don't stop us from ordering if minimum amount not met). Your application flow is worst than ever, think it yourself you select a restaurant you like, selected food after thinking a lot then on payment page they say restaurant is closed, you go back you see restaurant again on the list and this happens again with other restaurants too. Is it a game of hide and seek(This happens particularly after your new update where you sort restaurant based on offers). Now coming to your delivery it is fine but sometimes they don't know where to come unlike other apps where food delivery guys don't even call just delivery the stuff(that is smooth). Now coming to your customer support which is suppose to be back bone of any model. First you don't have a helpline for immediate assistance. Second your chat app is way too slow and some time doesn't even work even in very good network connection. So by the time you receive our message it's already too late. And you don't have any defenetive model of handling problems. Just two days back my friend ordered food and the delivery guy didn't reach us and marked it as delivered. We messages support they just gave delivery guy number and said they can't do anything. If you can't own your mistake how can you run a company, by the way we called the delivery guy and you should hear him talk, how funny he is trying to avoid, finding news ways everytime we call. And how about your business model you apply way too high taxes and delivery fee. Just the other day I applied 50% off coupon and on checkout page there was hardly discount of 10 rupee I mean really. And lastly the reason I immediately uninstalled the application, for the same order I am replying in this mail, so what happened is I ordered food at 7:12 because I was too much Hungary I checked at 7:45 the status shows restaurant has yet to accept food so I tried reaching out to customer service and as always it took more than 15 minutes to delivery my message and by that time at 8:05 food panda says the food cannot be delivered. I mean really, it took you guys 1 hour to tell me that and all you guys gave refund. What about all the problems I faced after that would I eat my refund on dinner. And for your information it's been 5 days no refund till now, that is way way too slow. And you know same thing happened with my other friend as well. She ordered food at 5 o clock and till night 9:30 when I last checked the food says under process she can't even order again unless her that order is finished. You see so many issue with yourself and around, I wonder how you are even surviving. Bye bye, no matter how good you all become or how much discount you offer the limit has reached and won't install app ever (All of my friend group has same thought now FYI)

    Very poor app. User experience is too bad. Chat support does not work. There is no option to contact support over call. There is no option to talk to the restaurant regarding the order. There is no option to cancel the order after tje restaurant has accepted the order. UI is also very ambiguous. Offers displayed within the app does not work. Discounts displayed does not work when you actually place a order. Overall the app is too bad in terms of service, features and design.

    I sometimes feel, you guys do not have the urge to improve..i had installed your app long back but had to uninstall after a few orders since nthng works in your app..super cnfusing...the order remains in the cart even after making the required payment and gets cancelled all of a! Plus I get no acknwledgement post successful payment. how are we supposed to know? although the amount gets deducted never to go back to your bank account/wallet! At least a customer care chat portal should have been there to sort things out becuz ur faq as well as support sections are useless. I do not know what is done with the feedback we provide! When I mailed the chat support, they said my account is block because I did unfair use of this app. After click proceed to pay and then back the order gets placed. Then again you have to go to my order section and cancel it and then reorder the food. So many technical issue with this app.

    Weird App. Everyday it sends Offer Codes notifications, but when I try to apply the offer code, this is what I get to see "offer is not valid". EVERY damn time, same issue, they send codes and the codes turns out to be not valid. Unlike other popular apps like Zomato or Swiggy, with food panda we don't have a customer care representative to talk to who can solve any problem or at least let us know what the issue is with invalid codes and to add to all this, the app takes its own sweet time to open. Well Done Team of Food Panda, you guys should be proud of yourself.

    App interface is the worst. 1) Doesn't show which restaurants are closed / unavailable until you go to payment screen. What design is this. Tried ordering through 5 restaurants and all are showing as closed during payment 2) Estimated time is incorrect. Most of the time order is delivered after 1.5 hours 3) No way to contact customer support regrading any order. If you have ordered and it's not delivered you have to keep starving and pray to God that it would be delivered. 4) Coupon code selection screen is useless. Edit : I am not gonna contact you guys on the mail provided. I have mentioned my concerns here in the review

They show that they deducted the money from the total bill but while receiving the bill from the delivery agent no amount is deducted. This is the worst app.infact the number they provided of the respective hotel, the representative said that he left that hotel 2years back. So they ain't even updated with the numbers.

I get messages from food panda regarding offers but when I try to apply that Promo code, it says you have no promo code...this has happened again and again...gave this feedback through app with screenshots of messenges but they just reply that it was some technical issue and is app support have no option to contact directly except for app can only read information that preloaded in FAQs section...very very disappointed..... additionally it doesn't work properly on WiFi where other apps(Zomato etc) work perfectly...

    I've been using it from 2/3 years. Never had a problem. But unless you have an issue you don't really know how good the app is. We were dead hungry and ordered on a local restaurant. Order was prepared and FP delivery guy won't go pick up. There's absolutely no way to call FP. They've a live chat which was failing miserably. Went through 3 executives who didn't/couldn't help. Mind you all this when you're reaaally hungry. Thankfully the restaurant helped out and sent the item. Suggested to all : if you're really hungry call the restaurant directly.

    The app shows offers like 40% off but when we try to check out, it gives the error : NEXTGEN_InvalidArgumentException This keeps happening for anything we try to order When I uninstalled and reinstalled he app 2-3 times, the app does not open. It says the server is busy. There was an offer for desserts at Re.1 --- the order gets auto cancelled if we eventually manage to uninstall/reinstall app and place the order. Even today's ofders of Rs. 9, 19, 79 for desserts, snacks, and buryaniss respectively does not work. A popular city landmark opposite to where my residence is gets displayed as a different address in the maps used by the app

    Horrible response, besides the fact that every response from customer care comes weeks later as if they are sending regular mail and not email which is supposed to be instantaneous, very slow and unhelpful communication. I've also been unfairly accused of suspicious activity whereas a quick look at my app usage history will show that I've never even used the app yet to order any food because my coupons are not working. Foodpanda team needs to do proper checks before accusing potential customers wrongly and unfairly insulting them of misuse without any proof.     Had horrible experiences the two times I used the app. Guess what the food never came. Got cancelled the first time expiring the offers and didn't bother cancelling or addressing issues repeatedly on their chat support. The app dint show the restaurant's number and the delivery executive was never assigned. To top this up the chat support forces its way to show up on the home screen and on top of other apps. No offers will work if orders aren't fulfilled.

    I tried 2-3 days for booking. At First order was not able to be booked. Then an order got cancled after 1 hr of ordering. Same happened for same order the next day. Moreover the promo code they are showing on app is for cheating pupose only its never works, if even it works then payment doesn't happen if you manage to do payment then the delivery will be falsely delivered. And all the help customer care will do is telling you there is technical glitch try after some time and refuse to register complain. #pathetic

    I tried to apply the coupons from new account but still every time it says you don't have this offer. This app is just giving false offers to get more users and not actually providing any decent service. It has taken payment and still haven't initialised the refund nor its customer support is responding. FOOD PANDA IS REALLY THE WORSE OF ONLINE FOOD APPS.

    Very poor customer care service . They say chat with us through live chat . But there is no live chat option in the app even after updating the app. No coupons are getting applied . I am waiting for their reply/solution from last 3 days but no pogress is seen as expected . They have blocked me and are not helping to get me back to my account.

    It sends SMS with offers and when you try to use the codes, the app say that the restaurants does not accept the code.. I tried with all the available restaurants, but got same responses. This is a useless app and service. Better use the other available food ordering apps, because they deliver what they promise.

    I have make several ordered lunch and dinner many times it not delivered or cancelled without giving reason after one or two hours. When you try to contact customer care they have no direct number, they have only chat support. This chat support is useless because they are not respond quickly. This is worst app available on play store

    Tried this app for the first time. Content seems to be really good. Good varieties of food available. But what I didn't like is.. from a particular restaurant we can't select everything at once and then place order. Every dish is seperately delivered. It is not good for both sides. One for customer because he/she has to guide the delivery guy at times and pick the order multiple times and for company side.. the supply chain sucks and probably they'll incur huge losses. So please work on it.

    Worst application. Just et your money. I just hate this app. I'll give it minus 100 star. Just money eating application. Offers are given just for show off. First 2 or 3 times it will deliver your food with given offer but after hotel will never confirm the offer and also you will not get your money back even if there is shown you will get your money back within 7 days and food will also not delivered at my place though it show food is delivered and didn't even do reply of my message. And doesn't even bother about it. Worst fake application.

    Disappointing in every possible way. Orders are rarely accepted by restaurants and there is no way to provide feedback for any particular order or restaurant. Promo codes never work and other times the app shows restaurant is closed after adding items to cart. The chat facility inside the app for resolving issues is of no help as people from foodpanda never have answers to your questions .

    awesome app spend a lot time for awesome customer support as their issue resolving speed is so high that it might take few hrs for proper response as it happens when they try to deliver the food. The only thing they want from their customers to cancel their order after few hrs as why you need to eat food and get fat better stay hungry stay fit. If you don't have time for cancelling your order then their customer support will do it within few seconds. Awesome come back food panda, now its better than ever as because of food panda services I'm fit with going to gym or any fitness activities.

    I don't know what the problem is but this app in not starting in my redmi note 5 as well as in my Samsung S9. It just hangs on the obtaining location page. I double checked to see if there was any problem with my internet but it's working fine.

    Worst app hands down. They kept my ₹29 with then and haven't refunded it yet. Then a fake apology email comes claiming they have added ₹50 to my account. When tried to use it the app said your account is blocked. Why play such sick games with customers? Never using this app again. ( PS - Order was placed on 5th September, still no refund. )

    Great App, only thing they don't tell you is if you want lunch at lunch time, you would have to order in the morning. Multiple times it has been where the order is nowhere to be seen for 2-3 hours and chat support keeps closing itself on it's own. Great Service I must say

    Worst app ever.... If the crave party is not applicable to a particular area then stop sending coupons... And if u r going to introduce such offer make sure it can be applied by everyone... Don't harass us by sending messages or notification daily for 5-6 times if I can't have anything for that cost. Worst experience ever..

    Limited options to choose from like I could barely see 4 to 5 options of restaurants order from as there is plenty of option available in my area but I am unable to locate any new restaurant or nearby restaurants to me. No additional benefits after ordering food from this app. Cannot find an option to mark any of my past orders to mark as my favorite.

    Very bad app and company,they don't have proper support option and they don't reply when asked for support,they take long time to refund back. They just have few option for support of their own, you can't select or tell your specific reason for asking support, No call support .In the name of support they just have FAQs,they are least bother about your concern.

    Recently downloaded app seeing offers. Downloaded and tried to order food using coupon codes. All orders got cancelled after placing. All lies. Fake promotions. Coupons doesn't work though restaurants selected under that tabs only. All of the sudden restaurants are shown closed down in the peak time if ordered using coupons.

    The support on the app will never reply to your query/problem. All the restaurants accepting the coupon will suddenly seen closed while payment so you will have the money deducted but order cancelled. They take 2 seconds to take the money and 7 days to refund it. Atleast don't show things which you can't fulfill.

    amazing app....when you order something they accept money , you'll wait and you'll never get your order.....when you try to contact restaurant you'll find wrong number is given.... you'll waste your another 45 minutes in explaining their customer service that you didn't got anything.....then thay will return your money after 2-3 days....just go for swiggy or zomato....

    The website forces one to download the app. My phone doesn't have enough memory for me to download all the apps I need. Dominos for example is satisfied as long as I order food from them, they aren't very keen on making sure I ha e their app. Foodpanda on the othey hand will not let me order of I don't ha e their app installed. Is Foodpanda a Chinese company, which would want me to conform first and then order my food? Ludicrous.

    Worst app maintenance in comparison with swiggy. no customer support number or help option is available to reach customer care. Map location will show wrongly once order is placed. FP credits will get deducted even though payment is not completed and order is not successful. No customer care to assist as well. Worst experience with this app

    Hi admin, I must tell you that you application has lots of bugs. You should probably test all these things before making it live. First, why food listing comes if the restaurant is closed. It shows this error on payment page after clicking Pay button, which is totally nonsense. Second, you should really work on your chat functional. It becomes non responsive, send button got disabled.

    Worst support from customer care....sent mail and got reply after 5 days..after sending reply back still waiting since 5 days average waiting time for reply from mail is 10-15 days 😁 no positive response...same repeated response in mail. Reply does Not related to your problem instead they will send pre defined template reply in mail...You can't apply coupon due to wrong usage of app ... don't know how I did wrong usage of app..only Foodpanda knows..😋😀

    Order cancellations. Payment not being received. App sending notifications about items in your cart when in fact you all ready ordered them. Support chat not connecting. Live tracking not working. All of these grievances do NOT get solved with a prettier UI that gets updated every other week. Honestly only thing I gave stars is : a) no matter how bad the app/servers are, the support chat employees/delivery people do their work diligently whenever they can, and b) the discounts.

    Worst service, F**king worst support team need to initiate chat 5-6 times and have to spend 40 mins, then you get a response after 5 mins for every msg. To tell you that they don't even know what's happening. They waste your precious time. And top of that they don't deliver food and cancel the order by themselves after 1:30 hrs. Don't order, they will ruine your mood and your day.

    I don't want to mention about app development.... Actually, the service and offers are such useless...... They are just making a buzz by giving offers, but none of them will be actually served.... I faced regret many times as of now with this.. don't fall in they trap of these offers if you are in hurry... If you are ok if the order isn't delivered, then it's fine. My sincere advice to the foodies who are starving and wants to order food from food panda service, I strictly advice not to go with them.... They don't feel responsible to inform the customer until and unless customer asks for the update...

    I was using foodpanda since last 6 years and suddenly my Accounts are blocked without any reason and also customer support didn't confirm me the reason of block. Finally uninstalled this app as it is usless and it seems this is all happening after merger of this App with Ola. As I cannot rate it zero hence rating 1 star.

    Really disappointed with support... No proper support, even after waiting for 30mins no one joined in chat... Another issue is it's confused about offers, for example, they will send the notification with some promocode and says to order.. wen we order using that it will say restaurant is closed, I don't y the closed restaurants are showing up... App is not consistent, as a developer I can see lot of mistakes in app... Kindly check on support and offer's

    Only one thing i want to say about irritating sms from foodpanda regarding promotional/offer codes it is simply a junk to fill inbox. Whenever I apply the code it (app) says either "sorry this voucher is expired" or "Sorry this voucher is not valid" enough though I applied before expire time. So please stop sending nonsense SMSes to me.

    Broke app,worst app to order anything. Promo codes are useless. If promo codes are applied, payment errors, Cash on delivery payment acceptable without promos. If you don't want to give any discounts just don't give it. Stop fake advertisements. Useless. Gonna uninstall it right away. Zomato and Swiggy are way more better in every way.

    The support on the app is never helpful and it takes atleast 10 mins to get a reply and without any proper response the chat assistant left the chaat... Not even a customer care number to contact. I'm waiting for my credit voucher since 24th September but still no proper response. If you can't help the customer please close the support option. Even there is no response for email as well

    Impossible to order with this app. The process makes you log in through your Ola account first, which requires OTP verification. Surprise, surprise, the OTP SMS never arrives leaving you stuck. Later you get a notification that you have stuff in your cart and you haven't completed your order. Next morning I get another notification with a discount code to return to Foodpanda. OTP problem still there. Uninstalling. Please do continuous usability testing for an app of this scale.

    Juat updated the app but new version is asking for location but after allowing location access to app as Sector 57, Gurgaon, it says We are not serviceable in the area. I mean what the hack before updating everything was working well, I updated just before I was about to order food. So bad experience with the app. App ask for location detection and says we are not serviceable to the detected location, after which same location page pops up, I mean just let me browse through app. Pls fix it.

    On one hand, the app auto detects the location, and on the other hand, it simultaneously asks to enter location by choosing from a drop down list. And the options available doesn't contain my area. So, ultimately can't use the app.

    A good app for food. Love the offers and promos. An important feature to add would be the display of the eligible promo code, as many times people forget them after the notification disappears and can't find it when they need it.

    Lot of delay in delivery and it's chat support is very bad that session expires just in not time and you need to start the discussion with other support person from first. I contacted them 5 times today and all the times, session expired and there is no response for my query as of now.

    It was Good but now suddenly became worst food ordering App. 1: There delivery executives are not delivering food and it's shows your food has been delivered. 2: while I am trying to re order something, it always shows "it seems to be a problem with your account" I can select product but at the time of payment it always shows same.     Worst app ever. Gives multiple offers but whenever you try to place an order from your selected restaurant, it says restaurant closed in the final payment page. Wasting out time selecting the items and in the end not being able to place orders. Did nt expect this from foodpanda. Horrible. I hv been using foodpanda since a long time now but today i'm going to uninstall the app. You are loosing a very good customer. I pity on you as you are not even close to other food delivering app.

    I have android 4.4.4 phone from Xiomi. I installed the app with great expectation. It got installed but failed to open. It is crashing in the opening itself. Tried several times, but failed. Now uninstalling. Why dont you test your app thoroughly before releasing ?

    Food service is okay but app is really not up to the mark. So many glitches Update- it has been close to 1 month and there has been no progress. One of the garbage apps I have ever come across. Orders are accepted when restaurant is closed and when it is open they cancel the order saying restaurant is closed and many more issues I can write a whole book.
