First of all I am giving this rating beacause of its availability in my region. I was sad cause I liked your app but can't rate that. Please improve the interface. And some of the restuarant is missing and those which are appearing, doesn’t have all the food menu. Try to improve soon!

The app won't update my rating for the restaurant (Lahams - even after specifically asking for extra salad, they didn't even give the salad they're supposed to give lol), so I'll rate the app instead. 1 star.

It has become worse after the update. 1. Half-bowl soup price is shown 110 tk. After choosing 1 amount and adding it, it shows 300 tk in the checkout! 2.Can't access cart from the main list like before. I have to go to the specific restaurant I added items from to access the cart and remove the items. 3.Items were listed side by side before which was easy to navigate. Now you have to scroll all the way down.

Very Bad service . too much late i have given payment at the time of placing order but the order did not come in time . I have ordered snacks at 7:00 p.m. and the rider have called me to know the delivery address at 9:50 p.m. if i have snacks at 10 p.m. when do i eat my dinner . Now want my money back.

I rate it because it cover my location. But they are too much late. Almost 2 hour++ late to delivery. Where foodpanda, pathao foods comes fast than foodfex. Very late service. If delivery is reject they are not upadte it in their status. Very poor service. Only good think is most of area covered in their service

I would have given 5 star but have given 4 star because sometimes they take time which I don't expect from them but overall I can safely say that it is the best food delivery app..they have never cancelled my order and after ordering something within a minute they confirms it..They are too responsible and quite fast also..there food delivery coverage is also wide overall I'm very very Satisfied with it all the best wishes..keep it up👍

Worst user interface ever! Most of the functions doesn't work! Most of the pages are in testing! Email address doesn't exist! Most confusing interface and documentation! No help or support available! How could you publish an app at this stage??? Gmail says your email is not available. So how can i send email ??? Lol! Btw I've the videos you wanted!😒

The service was so gooddddd. Even during this pandemic, my family n I could enjoy a delicious meal.. Moreover, other food dilevery apps don't come to our location cause it's a bit far.. But u guys came. Thnx.. hope to order food more often through this app..

Though it takes more than one hour they have good customer service.They confirm the order by phone. Sometimes the price does not match.But,overall they are doing neat and clean.
