This follow app has been a huge tool to help guide my son when we're not with him. Unfortunately, after uploading the latest update i have had nothing but problems getting my phone to connect to his number. I have had to resort to turning off my phone, letting it sit for a literal minute, and then turning it back on. As soon as it's up it loads flawlessly for a few times and then acts up again. I'm using the same phone as i had before the update with the exact same service with no issues.

It doesn't work all the time! My wife has woken up low! Multiple times from no notifications. It's a very serious issue and for the money we've paid to even have the device it should set her sugar level for her! This is a very serious issue. It works sometimes and others theres no data. And it happens almost more often than not. It isn't fair to people that have paid the price in Hope's this was a miracle. And for the price it should be!

The notifications are generally useless. For months they werent showing up and I didnt know it, so I opened the app and reset my alerts. Now I can't clear the notifications at all. Nobody is going to look at a notification that never shows up, or never goes away. As usful and important as this app should be, I can't stand using it.

The app has improved with the latest update but it would be nice to see more support for non apple products like Samsung watches or any watch that uses gear os. It is a pain to always have to look at my phone when my loved ones bg alerts go off while at work and I can't look at my phone. I would love to see her numbers on my wrist like she can with her apple watch.

The updates keep making it better! I love that I have my daughter's blood sugar right in my notifications, I can see them when the screen is locked even. One problem I haven't figured out yet and that is the audible notifications while talking on the phone. I thought I had the quietest sounds for her high alarm but it is so loud in your ear when you're using your phone as a phone.

The quick glance never updates unless I open the actual app, which defeats the purpose of having the quick glance. I love the Follow app in general though. It's nice to be able to keep an eye on his blood sugars throughout the day.

I would give new update more stars if there was an option to not view the person you are following on the notification bar. Reason why I dont see any benefit on the update is I noticed the number that you see on notification bar is not the current number. In fact, the number you see on the notification bar is the last number posted when u opened dexcom follow app itself. There is no feature where u can swipe the notification bar to refresh and receive the actual current numbers

The glucose level I follow is very important to me...I trusted that Dexcom would be able to provide this information...I have installed and reinstalled this app several times...I get a few readings a day...the rest of the time I am updating...looking into other glucose monitoring systems...not happy with this app

Latest update has created many issues. The Follow app inconsistently reports glucose readings, reports "no readings" on my follow app but not on my daughter's phone, notification bar is inaccurate when a reading does register on my app. Very disappointed and frustrated with this last update.

I use the app to give me extremely low alerts of my daughter. It now gives me alerts all day no matter what the levels. I have the setting correct and also reinstalled the app. Now I have to block the alerts on my phone and check manually.
