Simply rubbish. Tried to check-in, didn't work (didn't give me any errors, it simply didn't work) I put some stupid random numbers on my passport and dob, and it worked. They won't have any available phone contact (they only have for Russia and UAE) , no livechat available and if you e-mail them they will reply in 40 days. Good luck with this company, you really need it

Worst website and app! Kept causing me errors each time I went to log in, then kept increasing the price of my flight within minutes (even with same # of seats left!!!) Do not recommend at all!

The fact that the additional insurance is auto-ticked 'yes' (instead of UN-ticked/blank) is almost criminal - catches people out and is scam-like in nature (NOT allowed under GDPR!!) - you should have the choice to opt IN (not OUT)

Never buy tickets of fly dubai because if you cancel the flight because of some reasons they will never give you money back. even if they cancel the flight they will eat all of your money. You will stuck with the vouchers.
