approximate location (network-based)

    I've never seen a change after my last 6 updates. Same app. Works good for real time info. I've had problems with the travel and stops option for the last 3+ months. I was told first that it was my phone, told the second time it was my phone, told the third time it was not my phone "which I knew in the beginning". When they found out it was not an issue with my phone, I was told they were going to close the troubleshooting claim "while not fixed", saying it would be taken care of on the next up

    This got an update that messed up the whole experience. When youre looking at your fleet on the map, of you tap on a vehicle to see the number, if the vehicle location updates, the whole map zooms out. This forces you to constantly zoom back in to where the location is. The company i work for has vehicle in different states, so the maps zooms all the way until you can see USA entirely fit the screen. Please fix it!

    Overall pretty good, sometimes it takes a little longer to load. Would be nicer if you could look at the current weeks past days, instead of just the previous day and last wk.

    Problem only partially fixed. Have to log out and log back in every time I want to access live view, which I do often. Time consuming and annoying. Never had to do that before. Ionly access fleetmatics from my mobile device does not work anymore. Customer service told us our phones were not new enough and we needed an iPhone I'm not going to spend$2,000 on new phones and then find out it still doesn't work. Has been working fine on my phone for the past 2 years need to cancel service

    need to add and fix a lot of features in the app. need access to the driver's logs, need to be able to access fleet services (especially so the mechanic can see what needs done and enter what was done in the field), need to be able to add/ set/ adjust alerts, need the replay to actually show what unit is doing before then after midnight(currently it shows like nothing happened, you have to do some figuring), should be able to run real reports. I'm sure there's more, just what I thought of now

    Every time I leave the app then come back to it to check my vehicles the live map will not load my vehicles. I have to log out, then log back in to display my vehicles. Once I leave the app and come back same process all over again frozen etc have to log out then log back in. It's a headache! I had fleetmatics for approximately 7-8 years never had this problem. I wish this problem get fixed like SOON!

    Terrible service, terrible ap. There is a reason Verizon has long term contracts - few companies would keep the service very long if they could cancel. We have had the service nearly a year and they still don't have all of the units installed. They charge us every month for GPS devices that have never been connected because the install team drops the ball. I have contacted sales, support, been shuffled around multiple account managers. Nothing works. Currently looking at GPStrackit

    Was working pretty good. I was gone for two weeks now it wants me to log in. I don't remember my password. When I tried to reset it. It didn't work. I tried emailing you. No response. I gess there's 0 Support?

    Since the new update it stopped working. Then there was another recent update 3 days ago and it still didn't work as they said it fixed the issue. I use this app on a LG G6 phone. Also their mobile website isnt really mobile friendly.

    Absolutely love this app, having this GPS tracking my gear is the best thing ever. if you want notifications straight to your phone with any sort of movement with your assets I really do reccomend contacting version connect and getting it sorted. you will love it.

    giving it a 3 . good app for keeping up with the fleet but it does have its issues . wont show me all the trucks unless I click on all every time I open the app and does not show street names or MY pinpoint when trying to get to a vehicle.

    Verizon Connect has absolutely terrible service. Had for 3 years worked well when it was Fleetmatics. Customer service don't have a clue what's going on. Been transferred to manager after manager to help resolve issues, but they seem to be moving around in company then have to start all over again. Been dealing with this sorry company and customer service for 8 plus months to get issues resolved. Do get wrapped up with Verizon Connect.

    Every since the update the app won't let me login. I use the same login info on my computer and it works fine. I uninstalled and installed and it still doesn't work. Very frustrating!

    After last update live view has frozen.. Thanks for the reply, had an update come through today but still frozen. All vehicles stopped/froze on the 29/8/18.. Hi Kevin, logged out and back in and all seems to be functioning as normal. Thanks

    Since last update the app does not show the admin as a blue dot! So annoying for finding the vehicle! App often freezes and need to be restarted to work! Complete step back!

    Doesn't update like its supposed to in live view. I have to keep going in and out of the app to see it update. And sometimes it takes several tries that way also. And yes, it has 4G signal.

    Verizon.... Hello time to answer us... Why does this app require SMS access full contacts access? You can't deny or the app does not work. Are you just being sneaky Verizon to steal my contacts so you can peddle your junk to them hoping to get a sell? You have constantly avoided everyone on here who has asked now is the time for you to speak up. Why do you need my contacts why can't I shut this off? There are plenty of other GPS companies looking to sell to us. Next call I think will be to NexTraq they don't need my contacts to track my vehicles.

    I do not recommend this app. When you download it wants to know all about your phone contact SMS files and more ad location and and when you try deny access app does not work whatsoever. Not sure why asking all these information

    I don't see any reason why they need access to my contacts, files and other data on the phone. The previous Fleetmatics app did not request any of those permissions. I will not be using this app.

    Cannot filter/search by driver name or vehicle number anymore. Doesn't sort by most recently used vehicle. Does not always display the correct vehicle for replay. Overall update has caused more issues than solutions

    Once Fleetmatics has you, you can never get out of their contract!! They automatically renew without your consent and even if you sell out you are stuck. Terrible customer service

    I was having an issue with loading the live map showing all vehicles. The app would close with a restart or leave feed back option. After uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times over the last few weeks I now see there is an update that fixed the problem. Thanks fleetmatics.. ! I was getting very frustrated

    Really do not even know what to say about Fleetmatics....just ridiculous! Cannot get anyone's attention to get these units fixed, been trying for 4 months! We have had ours installed since June and STILL have problems with staying connected to bluetooth, calculating mileage, & keeping up with log times and reset hours! I have the certificate stating FLEETMATICS is Compliant with FMCSA but really??? Must be a JOKE!! HATE FLEETMATICS and they can take their CASE #'s and wipe their but with their COMPLIANT CERTIFICATE!! We will see what FMCSA does with this company!!!

    Absolutely unacceptable that this app won't open. Uninstalled. Reinstalled, wasted sooo much time, not to mention drivers are waiting for instructions based on location. Free app called friend finder saved the day.

    Hardly ever works after the last update. Have to uninstall and reinstall everyday, sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. Wouldn't even use it if my company had normal maps and directions for well sites. It was bad enough before, now just plain horrible.
