Fleet with postmates was great. I could go on when needed to and make some quick cash and help people out that needed it. But now that UberEats took over the experience has been blown up. The interface to sign up does not work, you cant sign in and switch at all. One thing that this service was, it was always clutch. Like the other post said, it was good while it lasted, bye Fleet.

Postmates is absolutely terrible and they are absolutely far worse to work for and to deliver for. The app is so confusing, terrible, and slow. From what I can see it looks like a third grader designed and created that app! The orders they give you you cannot see how much you're going to make and then after driving 20 to 30 mi round trip you find out you're making $3 and that's an absolute joke! And it's not like you have a particular work zone, they can send you like 20 miles away 4 a couple $

I think this app is a joke, I've had nothing but problems with postmates fleet ever since I signed up back in Dec 2020. I finally decided to stop working for them because every time I logged into my account something went wrong and i would have to call them to get them to fix it. It was to much of a headache to keep dealing with. I was also paying more for gas than I was making. When I decided to no longer do this I still had a balance of $3.10 on my account when I tried to cash out it wouldn't let me because it said you had to have $5.00 to be able to cash out so I called the support number and was waiting to speak with someone for 19 minutes and it said your estimated wait time is 18 minutes. When it had reached 20.50 minutes with waiting to speak to someone it came back on and said my estimated wait time is 23 minutes. This company is a joke and they do not care about there employees. I will not recommend this company to anyone. If I could I would give 0 stars. get your act together postmates fleet.

Great way to earn extra money. Comes in clutch when you need it. Super easy to use and understand as well! Only 2 issues I've had is 1. While waiting on an order at Chipotle I had 2 more deliveries added to my route without my consent. I had to wait about another 30 mins after the first order was ready. 2. The pay rate per mile could be higher. Far distances aren't really worth the money made from the delivery. Otherwise I love this app and will def be using it or awhile!

I have not started with postmates yet. I am still waiting for the app to complete the second step 2 of 2 but yet I have a email saying I can start delivering. I hate to tell them my back ground check has already been by another company I signed up with that goes through the same back ground check place. I am about to give up on both of the other company and this one.

Do not do postmates! They are scumbags and likes to take your money. You don't make enough money for the deliveries. Whenever there is an issue you have to go through a large process to get someone on the other line. They recently had a app shut down. The following day I notice I had fraud and contacted the company that I had money missing out of my account. After contacting them they said that they couldn't do anything about the $300 that went missing, Will never work for the shady company!

I did enjoy working with Postmates until I had to get a new phone number and change bank accounts. Since then I have not been able to get paid since I am not receiving a text message. I've sent in several support requests and have been met with the same generic answers. I will not continue to deliver with Postmates until this issue is fixed (which hopefully is at the top of there priority list).

It was great working for Postmates but of course ubereats is taking over completely on 6/7/21customers move to ubereats. It was easy to get on whenever I wanted and chose which order to accept. Had plenty of orders in my area-Austin. The money was good & easy. Sometimes glitches but that happens in all apps. Will miss it. The switch to ubereats is just clicking the link in postmates & following the process. Background 2 weeks or longer because of more drivers then can drive. Not bad so far.

I had a really bad experience. I was on a delivery and they deactivatey account for violating a policy i have no clue what it is. They also take long to give orders, last time turned on the app and only got two orders in three hours at 3-5$ each. They are a rip off. And the tip of five$, Postmates acts as if theyre the ones paying you the extra when they hardly pay anything.

The live support that you need to contact with any issues during a pick up or drop off takes forever to respond, which takes away from your chance to get other orders. Ive spent my gas and commuted 20miles across town for the app to tell me the order was cancelled once i have pulled in. I have asked the live support for compensation for time wasted waiting to speak to someome, or for gas wasted,and they push it off to the "payment" department which i have LITERALLY waited 2.5 HOURS to speak to.
