I think 1+ year, I love this app, it's really great, whenever I see that my belly fat is increasing I take that challenge, I wanted to give 5 star but there is one improvement I expect from the programming guys, if you can please also add the breathing schedule with the excercises. Sometime it's confusing like should we inhale while stretching or while releasing.... otherwise it's a fantastic app... Thank you.
