This app has gotten worse. You used to be able to choose either "extra" or "light" for ingredients (e.g. extra pickles, light onions), but now you only have two choices - take it or leave it. No matter how far in advance you submit your order, they don't start your fries until you walk in the door. This is both good and bad. Five Guys takes a lot of pride in their french fries, and rightfully so, so waiting to make them ensures that they're as fresh and crisp as possible when you get them.

Ruined the app by taking away lots of customization options. No more "light and extra" toppings or condiments. Also removed several toppings and condiments along with extra cheese. No rewards program of any kind and no way to save favorites. No reason to have the app it's now a waste of space. Uninstalling. Real sad when BK, Sonic, McD's and Wendy's have rewards and options for "light and extra," but $10 burger 5 Guys can't manage it!

This app is generally pretty good, with the exception of 2 things: 1) a 22 character limit for delivery instructions is ridiculous. There might as well be nothing; 2) it would be nice to be able to update credit card info like billing info or expiration date or at least a nickname so when I have to readd the card because of changes I can tell which one to delete.

I used the app and placed my order. I was there when I was supposed to be but I was told it would be awhile. Order after order was given to people that came in after me. They knew I was there and avoided eye contact. What good is spending so much money for this place if it's faster just to go in and order. Plus, as much as I paid for a large fry I only received what was a medium. Terrible experience here. We won't be back.

Not what it used to be. Zero customization as far as light or extra. Like others are saying no membership or loyalty point opportunity. Based on the interaction from them I can see they don't care about the app at all

App Works, But Needs Some Quality of Life Changes. If I was able to asked for grilled jalapenos and grilled green bell peppers, it would save me from having to call the store to get that done. Also, adding a text field to the additional comments section would be helpful so that I can request things like extra crispy fries, or to have my jalapenos and green bell peppers grilled. Add those things and this app would get 5 stars!

I only have one issue with this app. The past few times I've used it, I get a notification that says "We'll let the merchant know when you arrive." This notification never goes away. The only way to clear it is to force close the app.

First time using this, and there are no "light" or "extra" options for condiments. I always order light mayo, if I don't they slop it on there and ruin the burger. Why not provide this simple option?

Never any rewards prices to high. I could order a meal at a restaurant for less than I can get for a small Burger fries and a drink here. I always felt their prices were a little high but now they're just playing crazy!

App seems fine but they never have any deals, points, rewards, incentives... and I agree w/others: using the app turns out to be pointless, b/c food takes just as long to get as walking into store & ordering b/c you must wait in line for the people ordering & they still make errors-even when it's written in via the app. Now this is unrelated to app, but I once inquired about senior discounts & the manager got all pissy, shouting "what discount - even she doesn't get a discount". 5 LOST GUYS...
