I wasted my money because I didn't really use it. Despite what the app says in their Legal section on how to cancel, the only way to cancel is to email them. I would take legal action if I had the means because it's clearly misleading info on their app. Why don't they just say that instead of lying that you could cancel thru Google account?? They're just asking for a lawsuit!

I purchased a 7 day plan today and then when I downloaded the app I saw all the negative reviews and then I started to panic that I made a big mistake. Then I started to navigate the app and I am really impressed with it. What I would like to see if the workouts to have a "how to" video explaining the movement.. But the change of meal plans from Keto to Low carb to Mediterranean etc. I'm pretty happy and if it is as good as what I think - I'd be happy to extend. Fingers crossed 🤞

You have to email them to cancel your subscription (which will automatically renew despite picking the one month plan which is supposed to expire even per an email sent from them) they will not go through your google accout depite claiming they will. And refuse to refund your money so you have to refute it through your bank 🙃

Rip Off!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON HIS APP !! Charged me $13.99 for 1 month than auto renew for 29.84 the next month when I emailed saying I was over charged because I had clicked the 13.99 monthly box they then cancelled my membership. So I was charged total of $48.83 for 32 days of use. They will not "satisfy a refund' They tried to say it was stated in the description plan of a promo $13.99+29.84 auto renew the next month! BS!!

Like many others have said here, I do not see the subscription under Google Play store subscriptions. No way to cancel. Seems problematic with auto renewal and no way to cancel. Cancelling through PayPal now.

Why am I not seeing meat proteins in meal plans? Most of these meals aren't realistic, and very vague recipes. Also, your app is not showing up in my Google Play subscriptions which is shady. I'm cancelling and contacting PayPal as well for a refund..

Your support email does not work which is not great if someone wants to get in touch! 1) The app has some glitches, when you are doing specific exercises sometimes the timer does not count down and you're not even sure if the routine is still going. Very frustrating 2) We live in a diverse world but the app is full of white people. It's unacceptable in the times we live in. 3) No opportunity to adjust excercises to build up strength for beginners. Do not recommend!!!

How can I unsubscribe, and the app is not reflecting in my subscriptions. And I have paid so why is this so. Very strange. I will contact PayPal for my refund.

Impossible to unsubscribe from... it says they are just the developers, so you have to cancel through your Google account, which I did. Now the charge is hitting my account under a random name. I can't submit the dispute with the developer. So I submitted it with my bank in turn they cancelled my card and had to issue me a new one. I'm reporting them to the BBB. Ridiculous!
