I sometimes wish German institutions would simply stop trying to create apps. I really wish I dodn't have to genealize like this, but it's systematic. They are almost always convulated and way more complicated than they need to. Is the very concept of UX unknown to programmers here? 8 steps, with as many passwords and authentications, just to log in - even in the 50's this would have been madness. And why do I need a separate app to authenticate? Not small in size neither. It's exasperating.

Can be hard to set up if you're not good with technology. Once you get it working it's good though, I have never had any problems with it over the years.

Scrolled down over the reviews and interesting how bad they are and in fact the app still needs serious work: - No english version - No credit cart top up - Ads (!!!!!!) in the feeds. So we pay for the service and still have to see ads? Want to show promotions? Make a special tab that one can check whenever one is interested instead of having them in the feed. In fact, the app is just a collection of different feeds with weird UI that are hard to navigate and overall lack features for managing money. But most importantly, I can't get the Mobile Payment feature to work. The option doesn't even appear (tried with multiple phones), there is simply no documentation on how to enable besides a promo video. So is 2021 and I can't get mobile payments on my phone with Postbank.

Since the last Update the App barely works, once out of 50 try..... I need to use my online banking via Web....also is no longer possible to top up your Credit card . At the old version had the same button as at web online banking and with just one click all was done... but now... no chance.... the general view of your accounts is so messy.... I wish u come back to the old version... it was so easy, nice and simple

I hate the new update so much! Feed based layout is the worst you could do! That's not social media, that's my money and I want to see everything in order as it used to be! Why, oh why fix something that's not broken? I can't move my money around anymore as I used to, I have everything clustered in a news feed AND I HAVE ADDS TOO! WHAT IN THE FACEBOOK HELL IS THIS? Now my question is after all this bad reviews and obviously everyone hates it, are you going to fix this abomination???

It kind of worked for a while. Still can't copy and paste my own IBAN nor downloaded Bank statements. Now it doesn't work for me at all. I get "Fehlmeldung" I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it worked for a couple of days but now it's 'Fehlmeldung'ing again. At best it is like a bad browser. I now tend to just used Chrome. Pity 😞

This app does certainly help keeping me on track towards financial freedom. I like the functionality, but would like to see some restriction / visibility to several account types removed. With international transfer now available, the App jumps from two to four stars! Let us see if the app sometimes loses all categories and categorization of expenses. It certainly helps with budgets, and feels quite secure.

Too slow with sending and receiving money from and to other banks. Also I can't see MONIES BEEN DEDUCTED UNTIL IT'S BEEN DEDUCTED. this is weird to me, If I shop at Lidl with my card, I need to see that Lidl wants to deduct said amount before it's deducted so that I can calculate money left to know how to spend it. I don't have to wait for 2 to 3 days for deductions to clear before I can spend.
