    Amazing I'm currently on day 15 and I noticed the results even though I haven't ran or done real cardio besides this I can run faster easier and jump higher this training thing does work, I started out getting tired before I got halfway now it takes me a lot more to get exhausted. Thanks.

    They don't guide you through it. There are better apps out there than this. Fyi pictures aren't enough to understand the workout. What do you mean by push up + punches + blah blah blah. I'm confused. I did the workouts that are given free in the app.

    This app worked great until the recent update. I even purchased the premium challenges. But now whenever I create a challenge it deletes it after i finish day one.

    It's good but... They are too tiring. As much days as you train, the time increases. I can't do exersices for 1 minute! Please set the time only 40 seconds when you do an exersice in a day.

    It just shows u the picture and then timer starts. This is nonsense. Even pictures dont always explain how to do exercize. Waste of time.
