App usually works great, and I love the convenience of mobile banking, but the app frequently won't even open. This is frustrating as I need to reboot my phone to get the app to start working again, which is inconvenient especially if I'm trying to check my balance in a check out line.

Really like this app & it worked great before the update, but the most recent update disabled the storage of my login password and fingerprint. Now I have to input my password every time I try to login. Opened the app settings and tried to re-authenticate my fingerprint, but it will not save and keeps asking for my password.

App has not worked in close to a month. Every time I open it I get a message that says "Service is temporarily unavailable. Please reboot your device and try again." This has been happening despite multiple reboots, clearing the app data and cache, and even uninstalling and reinstalling. Very unhappy.

Can't do mobile deposit of checks that came in mail as a post-card style (with shipping label on the back of the check) says that the back photo is actually a front photo. I get that it's trying to be smart but there should be a checkbox for "no really the photo is correct trust me a human will figure it out"

the latest update messed up the Android apps. im sure the credit union will get it fixed as soon as they can. they are the best banking around. been using them for many years. it will be fine soon. i promise.

terrible , can't even access the app or my accounts since the update almost two weeks now, and keep getting the same answer, were working on it..... going to change credit unions.

This app works for about 1 day then suddenly when you click on it, your screen flashes but app doesn't open. I have to start all over again, uninstall then reinstall. It's awful

If you are having trouble logging in since that darn update in February, try reinstalling the app, I finally got it to work again that way.
