Paid for Nailed-it at home experience. Never received package! Contacted customer support multiple times & they told me to wait until the last minute (30 min before the show!), Then told me to take it up with FedEx, & wouldn't respond when I asked for contact information for a missing package (required to file a missing package claim). The show was cancelled, I never got a refund.

For an app that manages tickets for the events, they notify you if an event is cancelled a couple hours into the event times. We ended up going to a Filipino Festival that was actually cancelled, and then got the cancellation notification after we left wondering why there was no event. Extremely dissatisfied with this. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Well so far, nothing is working. I have not gotten any confirmation, it didn't like the verification code it sent me so I got another one and now I'm in some kind of loop still no tix or account number or any way to check on my purchase (which was very costly) so I', thinking maybe this is a scam & I need to contact my credit card company to cancel the purchase. Very insatisfactory

Really hard to deal with when things go wrong. A show time was changed to be really late in the day so we wouldn't be able to travel home (too late for last train). They didn't even tell us it had changed until we checked. Keep trying to change or cancel but there's no sensible responses they just ask us to buy new tickets and pay again. Useless

If I want to buy 2 adults, 1 kid and 1 student, I have to do several transactions, not knowing if while doing so tickets will get sold out. A great idea would be to add a check out cart like every other online purchase in the history of the internet. Oh and to add icing to the cake, you get charged a $5 transaction for each and every time.

Takes forever to download. Is slow to update purchases. Doesn't allow you to purchase tickets in 2 price/age categories in same transaction. Doesn't send you time and date info in the email purchase confirmations, forcing you to go to the app to confirm what your email confirmation should have. Wastes your time with "We're not ready yet. Check again later" screens. Plus, if you've made an error, there's a "no cancellation" policy! Took an hour to buy & check 3 tickets for same event date & time!

Avoid. Scheduled an event well in advance (3 months) only to be told it was rescheduled the day before to a new date 2 months further down the line. As others have said, resolving any issue is difficult and not done in the app and there's very little the help desk does beside direct you to email them / raise a request that can then be ignored. They do their best to fob you off to their email addresses which is just token damage control at this point

Do NOT use this service - they have no clear refund policy and they might change the event you purchased, without your requesting or validating the change. I am absolutely appalled to find out that, after 1.5y of postponing due to corona, 30+ emails from Fever and very unclear communication, my tickets are no longer valid. Shame!

I had the pleasure of going to the Halloween candlelight string quartet symphony. Truly an experience for everyone to enjoy. The intimate setting with the musicians along with the flickering candles truly set an ambience to experience the music like no other. I would very much recommend this venue to everyone.

Very impressed with the customer support. I had tickets to an event coming up in less than 3 weeks at a cost of $100 that I cannot attend. I got in touch with them and they not only resolved my issue within less than an hour but refunded the entire cost. Exceptionally friendly, very knowledgeable and kind.
