I like the option to download podcasts and listen offline. Headlines are available offline (unlike feedly). Don't like: the pre-defined categories you can't edit. Had to store all my feeds in Comic which comes first in the list. The automatic download function is not very straightforward. Would be nice to choose where the feeds data are stored. All in all works well for me.

  2. Patrick Selchert-avatar

This program has worked very good so far. I'm trying to learn all possible ways to listen to Podcasts & subscribe, etc & this one is one of the easiest in my opinion. I clicked on an RSS feed link, this popped up as an option, I selected it & I had access.

  3. Matti Ylönen-avatar

Has a working widget that updates feeds, check. Easy to use, check. Only problems are when you open the app, it updates the feeds by default and the item disappears from view that made you open the app. That and when time settings are changed, the app will get stuck and needs to be reset to default settings to make it un-stuck.

  4. A Google user-avatar

Gave up on Google Listen after arguing with the settings and have tried numerous other podcast/media apps that have either underdelivered, or had excessive permission requirements. This app is a surprisingly flexible solution that seems to work for any kind of rss content. So far, so good!

  5. chris d-avatar

Looking for a greader replacement I read that Feedly would be a good replacement. I do not want or need the fancy screens or fancy page switch. I just want to read rss feeds and listen to podcasts. This product does what I need it to do. I am having trouble importing my greader .xml, but that is it.

  6. A Google user-avatar

After BeyondPod trial dropped to the lite version I found it worthless. Feed+ does exactly what I wanted now that Listen is gone, and more. Took me a few tries to get the settings right. Formatting of feeds could be better. Otherwise very satisfied.

  7. Douglas Marquardt-avatar

    Douglas Marquardt

Spent hours testing rss readers and they were all lacking something. And, unlike apps like Feedly, when your setting says it will get article updates in x minutes, it happens.

  8. A Google user-avatar

This app works great on my old galaxy s5, but now I cannot access any of the settings on my new Galaxy Note 5 because doing a long press instead brings up the dual screen mode instead of the settings panel.

  9. T A-avatar

Doesnt download full article automatically. Was looking for a replacement to Sparse RSS since they quit updating that. Also, import feature doeant work at all for opml and a Feed+ backup. Who likes re-entering all those feeds upon new download.

  10. April-avatar

I actually only have one feed that I read and it works well. My only complaint it's that sometimes it will randomly make one of my already - read posts new again for no reason at all. I just have to click on it to make it "read" again, but it's a weird quirk. I would probably get annoyed if I had a ton of feeds.

  11. A Google user-avatar

Ok, so: the search function is NOT useless; simple interface--nothing fancy, but not crap either; supports video and no fc's for me. People leaving negative comments should probably learn how to use the app before leaving useless feedback.

  12. Pamela Jane Mcilroy-avatar

I just downloaded this app and to my surprise it works. I had Rss demon but uninstalled it as they completely deleted all my Church podcasts after they updated, and everyone else also, None of us were happy about this. So i was looking for another RSS podcast and stumbled upon this one. I sure hope they don't update and delete everybody's podcasts. I am ecstatic with this app, I now have all my podcasts. Thank you very much to the developer's, PLEASE don't change anything.

  13. don albertson-avatar

The only thing it lacks is the ability to track the "read/unread" status across devices & I'm discovering that to be less important than I used to think.

  14. Ivaylo Ovanes-avatar

Please let me know if I am doing something wrong. I added a feed URL, which does not update at all. Its list stays with 0/0 status after I update it or update all. Same feed I tried with a few other RSS Apps and it updates OK. Only with your application it does not ? And also what is the difference between your free and paid versions?

  15. A Google user-avatar

Better than others. Though All my attempts to import opml file went futile. Also it doesn't support in-app text selection.

  16. Fer Fernando-avatar

Really useful for people with old/cheap phones with small internal memory. Only downside is that the feeds search option doesnt work anymore on my phone... So 4 stars.

  17. Robert Rac-avatar

After being disappointed by feedly and RSS reader, this is exactly what I need. Works like a charm

  18. Peter Meijer-avatar

Search returns nothing. Used to work great. Need it now to get my feeds back after moving to a new phone (HTC 10)

  19. Robert Branstetter-avatar

    Robert Branstetter

Many of the "lesser" feed readers that I have tried have the ability to import or export OPML files that can contain, not Just your settings, but also your feeds. Why doesn't Feed+ have that function? Please add it.

  20. Dr. Alnakhli-avatar

This app is perfect, I've been using it on my Samsung galaxy tab 7+ recently and it was great. But now on my S4 Mini, when I press on more, none of the list of options respond, settings, feedback, etc... Please fix this because its regularly updating and I can't change the settings. ..

  21. Schvenn-avatar

How do developers get away with that? Which one came first? They're not just similar, they are the very same program with 2 different names and both have a pro version for the same price, too.

  22. Erskin Cherry-avatar

Finally, an RSS reader that doesn't suck! Imported my opml file just fine, though I had to type the path by hand. Some images show up small until I open them in Photos and you can't rename the Other group even though it halfway let's you think you can, but these small complaints are nothing serious.

  23. Galen Hall-avatar

I am able to post to my 12 blogs covering news happening over the entire state of PA. Other RSS feed apps fall short of this functionality. @PaAlertNetwork

  24. Conrad Du Plessis-avatar

    Conrad Du Plessis

I spent many hours comparing Rss feeders since the loss of GReader. This one is EVEN BETTER.! Hope you "Go Viral" :-). Conrad. Johannesburg South Africa.

  25. Gregg Wood-avatar

a complete rip-off of RSSDemon. Doesn't work any better, but it doesn't work any worse it seems.

  26. Vojtech Fried-avatar

What is the difference between Feed+ and RSSDemon? They look identical. RSSDemon seems to be older. Both work good, but my BT headphones can't control playback. It works with Google Listen.

  27. Kc Cel-avatar

Doesn't add what I want. And slow with what its DL in own RSS. Removed

  28. A Google user-avatar

like the features of downloading RSS and podcasts for offline consuming! have my 5 *

  29. A Google user-avatar

Lightweight, fast, smooth, great layout and quite configurable. To make this a full 5 star app, add the option to sync feeds across muliple devices. Then you don't have to delete feeds you've already read. I'm sure this involves a centralized settings server per account.

  30. Desmond Arnold-avatar

This app is perfect for free news up to date news is been fed through automatically all the time it's perfect for when you on the bus or train when you have time to kill you never need to buy a newspaper ever again don't you just love the power of the Internet

  31. A Google user-avatar

OPML import feature is useless - it won't allow browsing to the file's location on my phone. The alternative is to manually type in a path but when I do that it isn't recognized. Until/unless that's fixed this app is going to be useful only to people who have just a few feeds to check - which is a shame because the folder option seems intended for organizing a lot of feeds.

  32. A Google user-avatar

On android cel 1.6 feed shows in notification but screen only shows (black) briefly.....will give it a try on android x86 4 see how it works there

  33. Cosmin Nahaiciuc-avatar

    Cosmin Nahaiciuc

If a podcast is downloaded without the option (why this option?) of being added to the playlist, that podcast is nowhere to be found. Furthermore, it seems that when a downloaded podcast is deleted from the playlist, just the entry in the list gets deleted while the actual file is not. Why? The searching function for adding feeds is broken - it returns no result whatsoever and that's an old, still unresolved issue!

  34. Damian Rogan-avatar

Like Feed Demon before it was fantastic until suddenly this week it deleted all my feeds.

  35. TEE REX-avatar

Easy install and learning curve to add all my favorite news and podcast sources. This is a one-stop RSS and ATOM feed store! You can't go wrong with this app.

  36. Flemming Hansen-avatar

    Flemming Hansen

Most feeds i enter doesn't work. They work fine in other readers

  37. Petite Treasures-avatar

    Petite Treasures

Dont kbow what happened! All the feeds i chose stopped feeding and i tried uninstalling and reinstalling..it does not work! It just gives me the feeds they want to feed, TERRIBLE!

  38. A Google user-avatar

Loved rss demon, which appears abandoned.

  39. E Ahlin-avatar

Good for downloading and of saving podcasts. Having trouble saving to Sd card so dinged a star.

  40. Humsci Bolin-avatar

Most "user UN-friendly" app. Even podcasts from mainstream providers could not be played

  41. Leon Barker-avatar

They don't give a duck about you. Will delete your data without warning. same developer as rssdemon

  42. Rick Morgan-avatar

I have tried a lot of feed readers and this one is the best. I wish the pro version wasn't so expensive just to remove the ads. I want to go pro but because of the price I will have to look at other options. Why is this so high? Even higher than gReader which has better tablet support.

  43. A Google user-avatar

Very crashy, somewhat bloated, and shows ads while playing podcasts.

  44. Mark Bagdy-avatar

Have been using it more than a year now. Easy to use, easy to scan blogs that have dozens of posts daily, and hyper to URL, if desired, then Mark all articles read.

  45. Igor Polovykh-avatar

Charset in XML header of RSS is ignored. Very very bad style of programming. Guys why are you pay for it? :)

  46. C knowles-avatar

Jumped from another feedreader after a GUI snafu on ther developer's part. Feed+ is perfect.

  47. M Radu-avatar

and lacka android 5 compatibility... you cant get to settings

  48. Punya Homaira Rashid-avatar

    Punya Homaira Rashid

Widget picture issue needs to be fixed. I use this app mainly because I love the widget. Without pictures, it's useless.

  49. Browsing Brenda-avatar

Works great! Vids ok, l assume better on premium upgrade. Very smooth and efficient. Thanks Designers/ Programmers!

  50. Roman Koreshkov-avatar

  52. Jose Mathew-avatar

Excellent.. need more control on individual feed and enabling, disabling pictures etc..

This appears to be a copy of RSS Demon

  56. Sharada M-avatar

Great app! But the search function seems to have stopped working for me

  57. A Google user-avatar

Looks like an exact copy of an older version of rssdemon.

  58. Nathan Harris-avatar

Works well for me. Could use a little updating, just please don't do what the 'other' similar app just did.
